Bedrooms: Five glorious spacious bedrooms are set over the two levels of the villa. Two are located on the main level with the further three on the lower.The bedrooms on the lower level can connect, ideal for parents travelling with children , these bedrooms also have separate access. Each are large spacious rooms furnished beautifully with a deluxe euro king sized bed, air conditioned for guests comfort , with large windows and private terrace access, making the rooms bright and sunny. Bedrooms 1,2 and 3 have ocean and pool views, 4 and 5 which can be interconnecting, have lovely garden views. Each is beautifully decorated with flair and luxury, and each room is equipped with a hideaway HDTV, satellite tv, direc tv, dish network, ipod dock, Geneva sound system, phone and a programmable safe. Dressing rooms are incorporated in these beautiful retreats The bedrooms are fully equipped with crisp white luxury linens, quality bedding and mattresses. and the primo quality quilts and pillows.
Each beautiful bedroom has a fabulous ensuite bathroom. The bathrooms are complete with dual vanities, rain shower heads, with thick towels and hairdryers, and are truly a spa like experience. The ensuites are a symphony of style and chic, finished in rich marbles, travertine and timber, and are spacious and beautifully relaxing.
Outdoors: One of the highlights of this wonderful villa is true indoor/outdoor living capabilities. The covered terrace is accessed from the lovely home, and has a large lounge and dining space. A second alfresco dining space is in the rear courtyard, perfect for entertaining with a BBQ, wet bar and outdoor bathroom and shower.There are also various areas to relax outdoors enjoying views out across the the bay and Atlantic Ocean beyond. . Everyone will love the large swimming pool on the lower level of the home, with space to swim laps, relax and enjoy the seemingly endless views across the water, and soak up the rays. The second smaller pool is on the upper level, more private and secluded with ample space to relax and enjoy a good book or afternoon nap.. Pool towels and sun umbrellas are provided. Long leisurely days enjoying the outdoors and fabulous alfresco meals are a must, making wonderful memories with family and friends.
Indoors: Open and bright living spaces, designed with comfort and enjoyment in mind, guests will love the feel of space and light and an instant feel of relaxation.The comfortable lounges are a delight with beautiful feature ceilings, lovely built in cabinetry, stone floors and huge opening doors to the outdoor living spaces create an absolute feast for the senses. Picture postcard views draw the eye instantly and are framed in pristine white. The comfortable white leather sofas are positioned to enjoy the glorious views. The lounge area boasts a huge HDTV with Bose surround sound, Direc TV, Kaleidoscope dvr, blu ray dvd and Sonos music system, all of which is controlled by Redeye on ipads or iphones.
The lower level is home to an office, a quiet space perfect to take some time to keep up with work or a lovely nook to enjoy some quiet time with a good book. This room can me made up as a staff bedroom if desired.
The dining space is in the outdoor covered terrace directly off the living room. A large timber table seats 10 very comfortably at white leather dining chairs, it is the perfect place to enjoy ; leisurely meals enjoying the soft breezes carrying the tang of the ocean.
Conveniently located adjacent to the lounge and dining areas is the chef’s kitchen sleek and state of the art with all one could need to keep everyone happy. With an extra large Wolf oven and range featuring a high temperature wok burner, large fridge with extra refrigerated drawers with zoned temperature controls, microwave, both coffee and espresso machines, ice machine, juicer and blender dishwasher, toaster, and utensils are provided, basically all guests could possibly need to prepare lovely meals and perfect for an inhouse chef if so desired. This fabulous kitchen is completely equipped for catering and entertaining.

A 24/7 concierge service is available to guests both prior to arrival and whilst in house. The concierge can help with a multitude of booking services from pre arrival shopping, engaging an in house chef to nannies, massages and spa services to event planning. Guests can book tours, transport and receive help with any questions guests may have.
Maid service is provided daily including holidays, and turn down service provided.
