Bedrooms: There are 4 bedrooms in this home that can sleep 8 adults and 2 children. All of them have queen beds, wardrobes with hangers and storage space, a study table, and dressing areas. Bedside tables have reading lights, so you can read a book and gently fall asleep. The master suite, on the first floor, has a private balcony and ceiling-to-floor window that offers fantastic views, which means you can get these views even when it is raining. The first floor has a second bedroom with a similar window.

The ground floor bedrooms open directly to the garden. They are perfect for guests with mobility issues who would rather not climb the stairs. They feature the same décor. All four bedrooms come with ensuite bathrooms where you will find showers.

Outdoors: A 200-square-meter garden surrounds this luxury villa. It is a great spot for your morning cup of coffee. And throughout the day, you can simply relax and gaze at the greenery. There is an L-shaped wooden terrace with its front section facing a large empty plot with more greenery. This is the sunny section of the terrace where you can enjoy Bali’s warm weather and sunbathe. On one side, you will find a shaded corner with a lounger. The terrace has guard rails, so you don’t have to worry about young children falling off the verandah.

There is also a small private pool with a second lounger at its side. Swim anytime you want or relax on the poolside with a drink or a book.

Indoors: On the ground floor, you will find the living spaces, including an open kitchen with state-of-the-art equipment, a dining area with a large wooden table for 8, and a television. The pool and terrace areas can be accessed easily, thanks to several large glass sliding doors. The open-concept living/dining space is large and occupies most of the villa’s ground floor.

The living area features a comfortable sofa and armchairs that face a television with many international channels. A staircase leads to the first floor. In the kitchen, you will find a refrigerator, oven, kettle, juicer, chimney, and microwave.

Staff Quarters: La Paz is a self-service luxury rental home. But you will find everything, including toiletries, towels, salt, sugar, tableware, and glassware in the kitchen. All the rooms are air-conditioned. You can ask for a baby cot. There is also a washing machine for your convenience. The housekeeping team will keep everything clean and change the towels and linen. But to maximize your privacy, there is no live-in staff.

Location: This 4-bedroom home is very close to both Nelayan and Berawa. These beaches are both around 2 kilometers away. You can also plan trips to the Petitenget Temple and Tanah Lot, both very popular with tourists. Either rent a car or go to the nearby Ubung Bus Station. Establishments that are close to this house include Guan Yin Yoga Shala, Made’s Banana Flour Company, Loop Pool Bar and Restaurant.
