Villa Magnifica is located between Toiny and Vitet in eastern St. Barts. It has a central location in the east, which means you will be able to reach several beaches easily from the house. It is also the less-visited part of the island, which makes it less crowded and touristy. Bedrooms: A winding driveway through hilly roads takes you to the private entrance of this luxurious villa. It boasts 2 bedrooms that can sleep 4 guests. They are spread over two levels of the house. The master suite is located next to the living area. It has a large king bed, satellite television, DVD, a programmable safe, and an impressive dressing area. The interior décor is influenced by a combination of vintage and stylishly chic.

One wall opens entirely to the terrace with views of the hills and the sea. The second bedroom is on the lower level. This room also has similar décor but doesn’t offer sea views. However, it is more private as it is away from the common areas of the villa. It opens to the lush garden. Both of them are air-conditioned and ensuite.

Outdoors: Adding extra charm to this property is its wide outdoor terrace. It has a magnificent private swimming pool and poolside lounger all around. This is the best place in the house for those impressive views. You will get almost a 180-degree view of the sea, the Toiny coastline, the headland with its winding roads, and the surrounding tropical greenery.

Just a few steps above the terrace, you will find an equally impressive balcony that features an outdoor lounging and dining area for your alfresco meals. The balcony wraps around the house and reaches a green yard where there is a second lounging space. This can be the perfect place for your morning cup of coffee. Guests staying at this luxury villa love to spend many hours in the green yard, swimming or sunbathing on a lounger.

Indoors: The exquisitely designed interiors of Villa Magnifica provide both informal and formal areas, which you will see in the living room. It has windows on three sides, so you will have the feeling of staying within nature, even when you are inside the room. The large sofas provide comfortable seating. Perhaps you may want to spend an evening here watching a movie with your family or friends. Or you can just play board games with your kids. They are going to remember these sessions for a long time.

The kitchen is open and airy. It is integrated into this room. There is a small breakfast table here with high chairs. The main dining area is outside, on the covered balcony.

Location: This modern and chic rental property is situated at the far end of Vitet. It offers splendid views of Petit Cul de Sac and Toiny. This is one of the greenest and the most picturesque parts of Saint Barthélemy. Both Petit Cul-de-Sac and the Grand Cul-de-Sac beaches are close. You can hike to reach the scenic Piscines Naturelles Grand Fond. Cafes, restaurants, shops, and massage centers are all a short drive away.
