Bedrooms: The villa has only three bedrooms but the house is so spacious that it seems like there should certainly be many more. Two of them are on the upper level and one on the lower. All have large king beds, so they can easily sleep up to six guests. You will be able to get direct sea views from all the bedrooms and they also offer the same facilities. So it doesn’t really matter which one you pick from the three.

The ground floor bedroom has a four-poster bed and a seating area. It has two shower areas, one indoor and one outdoor. It is more private because the common areas and the other bedrooms are all on another level. The first-floor bedrooms open to the pool terrace.

Outdoors: What you will love immediately upon arrival is the huge outdoor space and lush greenery all around. Villa La Favorita is surrounded by a verdant forest. It is one of the greenest areas on the island. The beach is very close. A manicured lawn extends from the house and meets the forest. Young children can run around on the lawn safely as the villa is secured by an electric gate. Or they can have fun, splashing around in the plunge pool.

Meanwhile, the adults can swim in the infinity pool or relax on a poolside sun bed. At one end of the pool, you will find a room that is divided into areas for lounging and elegant al-fresco dining. There is a second lounging and dining area on the terrace in a shaded corner.

Indoors: You will be in a dilemma about where to spend more time – in the outdoors or indoors because the interior also offers fabulous views and is luxurious. The living room is spacious. It has comfortable sofas where all of you can relax and plan your Caribbean holiday. Or you can watch a movie together on the large-screen television. The kitchen has a coffee machine, refrigerator, oven, microwave, blender, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher. Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the villa.

Staff Quarters: Every requirement of the guests has been taken care of here. There is air-conditioning throughout the house, Wi-Fi internet, a washing machine, and two swimming pools. For your entertainment, there is satellite television. The laundry room has a washer, dryer, and iron. The bedrooms have large wardrobes. You can also request extra services for a charge like a car booking, airport transfer, and a private chef if you want.

Location: This luxury villa has a super location on St Martin. Terres Basses is the French Caribbean. Long Beach, Plum Beach, and Baie Rouge, three prominent beaches on the island are all close, thanks to the villa’s central location. The closest beach is just a 5-minute drive away. Shops, grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants are all close. There is even a masseur service.
