The resulting property is the magnificent 5-bedroom Villa La Danse des Etoiles, strongly regarded as one of the finest villas in St Barth, located in the island’s uppermost northeastern tip of Pointe Milou. The vision for this luxurious villa was born from nearly 2 years of painstaking effort and hard work by stone cutters and wood carpenters who were brought in by the New York architectural firm of Barnes and Coy to turn this project into reality, overlooking the bays of Lorient and St Jean thanks to its vantage location.

Bedrooms: Villa La Danse des Etoiles is designed with 5 double bedrooms for 10 guests, which are spread over 2 levels. The first 3 bedrooms are found on the villa’s pool level and span an equal space size, with exceptional finishing in dark hardwood and chocolate-hued leather. Guests in the 1st bedroom will get to see views of the east and south, have a glass-tiled ensuite bathroom and generous closet space for themselves, as well as a private deck with chaises and an outdoor shower to boot! The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are not to be outdone either, each equipped with their own secluded, outdoor private spaces and ensuite bathrooms. The final 2 bedrooms are located on the lower level which boast of their own private living and entertainment area, gym, massage rooms and private ensuite bathrooms that all reflect sumptuousness.

Outdoors: A large terrace area hosts an infinity pool where guests could have their dips and swims while savouring the broad vistas of Lorient and St Jean bays as well as the Atlantic and St Maarten that are visible in the distance. Beneath a large canvas awning is a teak deck which guests can relax under the shade or dine alfresco amidst the plentiful seating available here. An automatic misting system offers cooling effects for the chaises, while guests also get to make use of a professional Fisher and Paykel grill for their barbecue sessions. Just a short distance from the terrace is a nautilus-shaped bathroom with rain head shower that has been dramatically designed for a top-notch property such as this. Last but not least is a lower terrace which provides a secluded enough space for more sunbathing hours against the soothing lull of the black stone fountain, or the mesmerising sight of the Caribbean waters.

Indoors: Step inside the home which opens up with the main living hall, living and kitchen area, characterised by high ceilings that render an airy, loft-like feel against the panoramic views out there. To the west of the home is where an entire wall of glass can seamlessly slide out of sight to reveal the outdoor terrace and beyond. The open plan kitchen is fully-equipped with some of the most high-end appliances including multiple SubZero refrigerators, a Viking range top and Delonghi oven, to help aspiring chefs make the most of their cooking time throughout their stay. A lacquered, dark wood table occupies the elegant space of the dining hall. Guests will also find a home office on the loft space above the living and dining area, which is a perfect zone for guests to have some quiet work time should they need to do so.

Staff Quarters: At Villa La Danse des Etoiles, an in-house concierge team is available 24/7 to assist and support any requests or arrangements for guests. There is also a housekeeping team who together with a maid will perform daily visits for cleaning services except for Sundays and public holidays. Guests will also be treated with the utmost hospitality like a VIP as soon as they arrive or are about to depart, where they will be personally escorted to and from the villa, and receive a welcome gift pack including Hermes toiletries upon their arrival.

Location: Located in Pointe Milou which is on the St Barth’s uppermost northeastern tip, guests can have leisurely strolls or swims at the Lorient beach, the Grand Cul de Sac beach, and dine in the different restaurants that offer some delicious French or European fare. A range of other water sport activities like surfing or diving can also be arranged with the help of the concierge team at the villa.
