Spread over 2 storeys, the farmhouse is as classic and relaxing as it gets with rural and countryside-themed furnishings complemented by pink washed concrete walls for the exterior and swimming pool fringed by lots of greenery.

Bedrooms: All 6 bedrooms at Villa Capanna are split over the ground and first floor, and sleeps a total of 12 guests. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor configured with 1 double bed and 1 twin bed, while upstairs is where guests will find 2 suites that are each equipped with a sitting room and fireplace to boot, as well as another double bedroom and the final one being a twin bedroom. Rooms are minimalist in style but cosy, while the ones with the sitting rooms consist of comfortable, floral-themed sofa couches and pretty furniture to spruce up the entire space.

Outdoors: The charming outdoor groundsconsist of laid-back surroundings of the Tuscan countryside, views which are afforded simply from the well-landscaped gardens teeming with greenery like cypresses, olive trees and vineyards. There is a 10m X 5m fenced pool that makes it ideal for families with children, located just a brief walking distance from the main residence. A pretty outdoor patio makes a great spot for guests to have their alfresco dining and socialising time.

Indoors: Step inside and guests will be greeted by a cosy and homey atmosphere that features brick-fitted curved arches, cotta flooring, and wooden ceiling beams, among others. The living room has comfortable sofa couches and thoughtful furnishings, while adjoining it is a dining hall with a brick fireplace to boot and a wooden dining table and chairs. Just behind the dining space is a traditional countryside kitchen with its wooden drawers and cabinets, yet equipped with all the necessities of modern cooking amenities.

Staff Quarters: Guests have complimentary Wifi Internet for use throughout, and are able to bring their pets to stay at this villa as it is pet-friendly. As part of the stay package, cleaning service is performed for the property for about 9 hours per week.

Location: As part of the Montelopio hamlet, Villa La Capanna is located close to the village of Fabbrica about 2km away consisting of shops and bars. There is also a bar bruschetteria outside the estate that is well-loved by travelers and a traditional restaurant called Cantina di Serravalle to enjoy excellent local fare just about 100m away. Also a short driving distance is the charming medieval village of Peccioli which carries about 2 supermarkets. For golf lovers, there is the medieval village of Castelfalfi, which has a renowned 18-golf course just a 15-minute drive away. Not to be missed is also the village of Lajatico that is famous for its Teatro del Silenzio approximately 30 minutes in distance.
