Villa Karma is a lovely property with two apartments, a swimming pool, and spectacular views over olive trees in Carovigno, Brindisi in the Apulia region, Italy. The stunning villa is surrounded by olive groves and it is close to the famous town of Serranova and the Adriatic Sea. Villa Karma features two bedrooms in each apartment accommodating nine guests with ease. It is especially fit for families with children as there is so much space to run around and play. Bedrooms: Villa Karma has two apartments, each with two bedrooms. In the first apartment, you have a double bedroom and a triple bedroom with bunk beds. In the second apartment, you have a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The villa can comfortably accommodate nine guests. The rooms are minimal and modern with comfortable bedding and amenities. There is air-conditioning and heating in the villa making it even cosier for you. There are bathrooms with showers in each villa with other fixtures and fittings.

Outdoors: The stunning outdoor area at Villa Karma is well-connected to both apartments via a covered terrace. You have stone steps that lead to the swimming pool which is bordered by a pool deck housing sun loungers. The pool glitters under the sun while you can lay back and enjoy the refreshing coolness. There is a solarium next to the pool with daybeds and deck chairs, stone seats and an al fresco dining area. You can toast the sunset and relish evening drinks under the shade. The covered terraces are well-furnished with outdoor seating as well. The surrounding areas feature olive trees making for a pretty landscape.

Indoors: Each apartment at Villa Karma features a contemporary living room that is open-plan. The interiors are quite modern with a deliberate rustic touch. You have distressed floors, a rich mustard theme, industrial-style furniture, and more. The living rooms are flooded with natural light thanks to the glass doors and windows. The rooms are air-conditioned to keep you cool during hot afternoons. You can relax on the couch, watch some TV, read a book or listen to some music.

The unique design of the living room is something you’ll be talking about for days. It is tasteful and luxurious in an understated, elegant manner. Dining is elaborate because you have dining areas both indoors and outdoors. The indoor dining table can seat up to four guests on black wrought-iron chairs with a wooden-top dining table. Modern kitchens that are fully-equipped offer you a chance to bring out your inner chef. They have top-of-the-line appliances and amenities at your disposal. A set of doors takes you to the terrace so you can dine outdoors with ease.

Staff Quarters: Modern amenities and world-class service are available at Villa Karma. There is parking inside the villa. It is pet-friendly so you may bring them with you to enjoy this stunning space. You can even request additional services like country excursions, sailing lessons, diving, etc.
