Made up of 2 independent building structures, the all-white architecture makes it distinctive and stylish, surrounded by an abundance of lush greenery and a Mediterranean garden with centennial olive and fruit trees all around. The outdoor grounds feature a rectangular-long swimming pool with a solarium, and built-in barbeque with parking spaces available for guests. There are 3 bedrooms spread across the 2 units and are fitted with their own fittings and amenities, while sharing the common spaces of the charismatic exteriors under open skies that make this vacation a truly memorable one.

Bedrooms: There are 3 double bedrooms in Villa Kairos that can sleep 6 guests maximum. They are spread across the 2 independent building units; the first unit consists of 2 double bedrooms that are equipped with ensuite bathrooms and shower area, while the 3rd double bedroom is found on the other independent unit that also has its own ensuite bathroom, shower area and mini bar.

Outdoors: The outdoors of Villa Kairos feature a rectangular-long swimming pool that is framed by Apulian stones and the lawn, with a solarium that is further furnished with beach beds and deck chairs. By the lamia, under the wooden pergola, is where guests will find an outdoor kitchen and built-in barbeque made of Apulian tuff. Also fascinating is the ancient well that was used to harvest rainwater, and is now used for watering the garden. Another great highlight is the Mediterranean garden that is framed by a 9,000-square-metre area that teems with centennial olive trees and young fruit trees, as well as a vegetable garden with planted herbs like basil, rosemary, sage and lemon trees to further heighten the visual feast and sensories.

Indoors: The unique property of Villa Kairos is such that it is built as 2 separate, individual units. The 1st is designed with glass doors that open out to the spacious verandah, with a dining area and open kitchen, while the 2nd features the distinguishing element of an ancient but renovated trullo. Interiors are bright, fresh and with traditional flooring, but modern enough to make the stay chic and resplendent for guests.

Staff Quarters: Guests can connect to free WiFi Internet throughout their stay. Also included as part of their stay package is the change of towels or bed linens, electricity consumption, and final cleaning services. This property is branded pet-friendly hence guests are able to bring their pets along for the trip.
