The villa underwent massive refurbishment that cumulated to a modern design with everything in clean-line and soothing white (ample woods is also used), that oozes warm and welcoming vibes, hence, making it an ideal place for relaxation with afternoon tea or cocktails and enjoy the expansive views of the northwest coastline and sea towards St Martin or Anguilla or even better, watch the sunset over the ocean in the comfort of home.

Given its central location, it is quiet yet near to beaches, restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores.

Bedrooms: This amazing home contained 6 beautifully designed ensuite bedrooms, all of which is accessible from the outside and can sleep up to 12 persons. All rooms comes with either European king-size beds or twin beds that can be converted to a king, US satellite TV, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathrooms with high-quality fixtures, finest toiletries, rain shower and vanities. With the exception of a smaller room upstairs, all rooms have breathtaking ocean views and access to a terrace space (via a large glass door). There are 2 master rooms and a smaller room (for children), which is connected to one of the master rooms, located on the main level while one other room on the ground level is wheelchair accessible, making it ideal for differently abled guests.

Outdoors: Head downstairs onto the wonderful deck. Here you will find a 45-foot-long heated pool (one of the largest on the island) with a shallow pool (for children) connected at one end where the entire family can have a fun time in the pool. Lining the pool deck is numerous sunloungers for sunbathing and relaxing. At the edge of the deck is a super plush u-shaped seating area, good for cocktails, watching the sunset, chilling and taking in the fantastic vistas of the surrounding.

Indoors: As you enter the main level, you will definitely feel welcomed by its elegant and streamlined interiors. The common areas are air-conditioned however the large glass doors can be opened up onto a wide mostly-covered terrace with ample lounge beds, sofas, alfresco dining area and gas BBQ to take in the panoramic views as well as sea breeze, with music streaming for the outdoor sound system.

The generous living area makes a great chill-out spot. Relax on the super comfy huge sofa comfortably while enjoying movies on the HDTV, Apple TV, Canal Set or Dish network. A half bathroom is also available for your convenience.

A cosy dining space with a big beautifully crafted wooden table for 12, to enjoy meals together is also provided. For those who prefer homecooked meals, a huge gourmet kitchen is at your disposal, equipped with the best modern appliances like oven, microwave, toaster, Espresso machine, coffee maker, juicer, blender, 3 refrigerators, wine storage, separate freezer, and a dishwasher.

There is also a nice office space (with a sea view) complete with a printer, scanner and computer screen for that urgent office work.

Staff Quarters: Our friendly concierge team will be available 24/7 to help create a luxury vacation for you and your family. Arrival and departure transfers (airport/harbour) is also provided. Our hardworking housekeepers keep the property clean daily (except sundays and public holidays). Upon arrival at the property, you will be welcomed with a range of welcome gifts. All other services such as babysitting, groceries shopping, tour arrangements and many more, can be arranged with additional costs.

Location: It is understandable that with such luxury provided you would want to stay in throughout your trip. However, if you intend to explore beyond the home, there is plenty to see and do in the area, with beaches, restaurants, shops and town within short drives.
