Villa Il Rosino Alto was first built during the second half of the 19th century and was recently converted to offer accommodation for guests, who can also be assured that despite the modern amenities, the original structure and use of traditional Tuscan materials have been maintained as a legacy building. The interiors are fitted with simple countryside-themed furnishings while the outdoors with the shaded spots and spaciously fenced garden makes this a perfect residence for families with young children.

Bedrooms: There are 3 bedrooms in this villa that are all located on the first floor. They all feature wooden ceiling beams as its distinctive element, with framed wooden windows that conjure a classic and vintage look and atmosphere. The first is a Master Bedroom followed by the second that is configured as a double bedroom and finally, the third room with twin bedding configuration. Either wood-based furniture and furnishings complete the look of rooms with wooden headrest and frames, or steel-type furniture for beds to complement the steel-based beds.

Outdoors: The outdoors of Villa Il Rosino Alto are surrounded by olive groves and peaceful nature that beckons with some of the most enchanting views over the hills. A large swimming pool measuring 11m X 5.5m lined by a row of deck chairs is where guests could have their swims or dips while soaking up nature, which can be found in a panoramic separate area of the garden. There is an outdoor terrace and several other shaded spots which guests could easily choose their perfect space for lounging and dining, and all around, the complete fencing off of the property makes it safe for children to play and run about.

Indoors: This property is built over 2 levels, and was uplifted and converted from an original 19th century home. The character of the structure has been maintained with traditional Tuscan materials, where interiors that are attractively furnished in simple countryside style of living. On the ground floor, guests will find the sitting hall that boasts a rustic brick-built fireplace, a large and tasteful countryside-styled kitchen area equipped with modern amenities with an equally rustic dining room of wooden table and chairs.

Staff Quarters: Guests can connect to free WiFi Internet throughout their stay. Also included as part of their stay package is the mandatory 4 hours of cleaning service performed each week. The property is also pet-friendly which means guests could always travel and bring along their furry friends should they wish to do so.

Location: This beautiful farmhouse is located within walking distance from Palaia, which is an ancient hilltop village that dates back to the year 1000. Today, it is a wholly self-sustained village that offers a variety of amenities and shops. Villa Il Rosino Alto is also located halfway between Lucca and Pisa and makes a perfect base for exploring Tuscany, while Florence and Siena are also a short driving distance away.
