Bedrooms: Out of the all 13 bedrooms in this villa, 8 of them(3 twin and 5 double) bedrooms are located on the first floor. One of these bedrooms has access to a massive terrace, while each of them has an adjacent bathroom with a shower.

On the ground floor you find another bedroom with a double bed and a private shower room. There is another twin bedroom and a double bedroom on the basement floor. These two bedrooms share a common bathroom with WC. The basement area remains locked in case guests are not beyond 22. The remaining two ensuite double bedrooms are found in the orangery.

Outdoors: Go through the exit in the basement and head to the pool area, where you’ll find a spacious patio where you can relax and take in the morning sunlight. The beautiful pool is spacious, and the water is warm and soothing. Also, there’s a BBQ area where you can make your own breakfast and enjoy it sitting in the gazebo just close to it. You can enjoy strong reliable internet connectivity from the outdoor areas as you walk around the well-maintained garden. The safe, private parking area is right outside the chalet and is surrounded by lovely cypress trees.

Indoors: Villa Il Giardino’s ground level has a private kitchen with a vast range of items that you can use to make your own meals if you like. Two big fridges, a freezer, two toasters, two kettles and a microwave are some of the appliances you’ll be glad to have around. On the same floor, the villa boasts three spacious lounges with two of them having stone fireplaces and the other one has a piano. All the living rooms have direct access to the semicircular solarium. There is also a small living room with a TV, a bar area, a study room, and a laundry room. In addition, there is a large relation room in the basement floor with a satellite TV and an exit door to the pool area.

Staff Quarters: At Villa Il Giardino we hire some of the best staff who can handle all sorts of residents. They’ll keep in touch with you at all times to ensure that you have a perfect stay at this premises. The security personnel will be there at all times to keep you and your loved ones secure. You can ask the staff to help you organize fan and recreational activities in and around the chalet if you like.

Location: Take a 30 min walk to Forte Marmi Beach and have fun. Better still, you can use car hire services, and take an hour and a half drive to Perugia and Terni cities to explore more. The property is also located 5 km from Radicofani town center, hence you can rush there and do some shopping.
