The villa itself is arranged over a main house and a second cottage, which have a total of six bedrooms between them. Each house also has its own living room and kitchen, so you can balance your holiday between spending time with the larger group and splitting off with just your immediate family.

Bedrooms: There are six bedrooms at Villa Il Barattino, located across the property’s two buildings. No matter where you find each room, they’ll be designed in a comfortable modern style, with soft drapes and crisp, neutral colours. The main building is home to three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin room which can also be turned into a double room by arranging the beds together. The second building also has two double and one twin room, with two of the rooms interlocking, making them perfect as a parents’ and kids’ room. For your ultimate comfort and convenience, one of the bedrooms in the main house and all of the second house bedrooms are ensuite.

Outdoors: Villa Il Barattino is surrounded by a gorgeous lush garden, overlooking the unspoiled rolling hills of Tuscany. There’s no better way to begin the morning than a stroll across the lawn, among the towering cypress trees, as you enjoy the early sunshine. Take a seat in the outdoor living area to enjoy a cup of coffee or a spot of breakfast, before taking a dip in the swimming pool. Lined with comfortable loungers, you can spend all day around the pool, swimming, sunbathing and socialising with your loved ones. Finally, as the day draws to an end, gather around the barbecue or wood oven to prepare the perfect evening feast.

Indoors: Villa Il Barattino is arranged over two houses, a main farmhouse and a smaller cottage. The main house has two floors, the ground floor of which is dominated by a spacious living area, filled with natural light through large, garden-facing windows. Here you’ll find a large sofa on which you can relax as you watch your favourite show on the satellite TV. The main house also features the primary kitchen for the whole property, featuring the full range of appliances and amenities that you’ll need to cook a delicious dinner for the entire group. Though slightly smaller, the second house also has its own living room with a cosy fireplace and a small kitchen.

Staff Quarters: When you stay at Villa Il Barattino, all of the essentials including pool and garden maintenance and WiFI and electricity up to 200KW will be provided. If there are any other services that you’d like to enjoy, such as car hire or housekeeping, just contract the concierge team.
