The property is surrounded by large and furnished terraces where guests can have a great time together as they enjoy the lovely sea, Marina del Cantone and Li Galii islands views. The 200 square meter rental home boasts; 6 spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, an infinity swimming pool, 500 square meter outdoor area, beautiful flower garden, and gazebo just to mention a few.

Bedrooms: Three of the six bedrooms are located on the upper floor, two are on the ground floor while the last one is in the annex. All bedrooms have air conditioning/ heating, ensuite bathroom with hairdryer, sink and toilet.

Four bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds while two bedrooms have twin beds each. Therefore all the 6 bedrooms in Villa Ibiscus can comfortably accommodate 12 people. Guests will be able to access the terrace or a private balcony from each and every bedroom with breathtaking sea and Li Galli island views.

Outdoors: Villa Ibiscus has a huge outdoor space of about 500 square meters. Therefore, guests will have almost every amenity they need for fun and relaxing right within this property. Enjoy swimming in a deep and wide infinity pool with stunning sky and sea views. Next to the pool, you find <>hydromassage seats, sun beds, a hot outdoor shower and a beautiful lawn garden surrounded by sweet smelling flowers. You can access the swimming pool from the living room area front terrace. There is also another large terrace on the first floor that is accessible from various bedrooms. Villa Ibiscus outdoors also features a parking lot for two cars, covered gazebo and outdoor dining space.

Indoors: Relax in a bright living room that consists of a spacious lounge with big flat screen TV, three sofas and an elegantly furnished dining area for all. The room is fitted with AC, telephone and has a beautiful view of the pool. From the living room you head on to the kitchen that is equipped with a five-hob cooker, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, moka pot, americano coffee machine, kettle, wine rack and ice dispenser. The kitchen has an exit to the patio with a BBQ area and Pizza oven.

Staff Quarters: When guests arrive at Villa Ibiscus, they receive a welcoming kit from our staff. We then provide them with spotlessly clean rooms, bed-linen(changed in every 2 days), bath robes that we change on a weekly basis, bath towels which are changed everyday, and pool towels that we change twice a week. The property also has two elevators to help you move your luggage at ease, air conditioning, satellite TV and free wireless internet for every guest to enjoy. More services can be offered on request and at a small cost.

Location: Villa Ibiscus is only 10m away from both sandy and rock beaches (Spiaggia Marina del Cantone). Therefore, you can always take a walk to the beach to have more fun together with your family. Nerano town center is 1 km from this property, hence guests can always take a walk there and access all the town’s amenities such as shops, bars and restaurants. The property is perfectly situated close to public transit, hence making your movement easy even if you don’t have a car.
