Bedrooms: Hort de Conies Romaní has a total of six bedrooms, all spread across the property’s two floors. Four of the bedrooms have double beds. Additionally, you’ll find two suites measuring 45 sqm. Each suite is fitted with a double bed, minibar, flat-screen television, armchairs, and sofas. The suites also feature safes to stow your valuables.

Both suites also have luxurious attached bathrooms fitted with a Jacuzzi tub each as well as large showers with deluxe products. All the rooms have oversized windows so you can take in both the views and the weather.

Outdoors: The beautifully-manicured 1,000 sqm garden is fitted with a gazebo that can easily accommodate up to 16 guests. Along with the gazebo, one of the garden’s crowning jewels is no doubt its massive saltwater swimming pool where you can wind down and relax after having toured the many attractions in the area. Sun loungers are readily available for when you want to work on your tan.

If you want to dine outside and enjoy the gorgeous sun to the fullest, rest assured that the terrace is perfectly furnished Al Fresco dining area. An exterior lounge is also available for enjoying a freshly brewed cup of coffee in the morning.

Indoors: Inside, guests can put their feet up and relax in a generously-sized living area that spans across 512 sqm. With exceptionally comfortable couches, the living room opens into a dining area with a large wooden table around which the whole family can gather over a delicious meal prepared in the modern, well-equipped kitchen.

In fact, the kitchen offers an assortment of modern furniture such as a refrigerator with freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. Crockery, cutlery, and utensils are provided.

Staff Quarters: A plethora of services are available at the villa to enhance your vacation in Mallorca. For example, heating and final cleaning are both provided. Travelers who planning on renting a vehicle will be glad to learn that the grounds boast a fully secure open-air parking space. Towels as well as linens are both provided and changed regularly. With air-conditioning, the villa also features free Wi-Fi so you can keep in touch with loved ones back home. A crib and a baby highchair is available.
