Bedrooms: All 4 bedrooms are spacious, but the master suite is particularly large and has a private entrance. This enormous suite includes a king four-poster bed, a chaise couch, French doors, and large dressing space. A spacious bathroom with a deep Philippe Starck bathtub is adjacent to the bedroom. The other three bedrooms have private terraces and come with ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning. These rooms are located across the deck and down a path through Villa Hill House’s planted garden with Frangipani, Poet’s jasmine, and Orchids. To give you the privacy you require, these rooms also boast beautiful décor and seclusion. Each bedroom offers pleasant views of the beach and gardens. There is a small fridge in every room too, so you can store your cold drinks. The decorative elements in every room make it feel so artsy and delightful.

Outdoors: Villa Hill House is surrounded by lush, vibrant tropical gardens opening to a vast panoramic vista that can be seen from practically every location. The highlights of the outdoor is the stunning 28-meter infinity pool. To one side of the pool, a sizable covered deck offers a spot to unwind on the loungers and mingle at any time of the day. When it starts to get dark, turn on your soothing tunes, relax in the heated pool, and bask in the rosy sunsets over the horizon. Make yourself your favourite cocktails at the bar when you stay here.

Indoors: Villa Hill House has 4 bedrooms, an open floor plan, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. There are couches, seats, a huge table with bookcases on the opposite side of the living room, and a complete bar just around the corner. The living room is bright and airy, opening directly onto the terrace with the pool. The magnificent views of the far ocean surround you, even if you sit on the luxurious comfy seating indoors. The comfortable seating and the dining area can easily accommodate 14 people. Luxurious furnishings adorn the home, especially in the living room and the bedrooms. On cold winter nights, the scene is particularly ethereal, with a starry sky, and mesmerizing scenery making it your dream vacation. There is an adjacent powder room in the villa.

Staff Quarters: Villa Hill House has all the modern amenities to ensure you have a comfortable stay. The home has a stereo, ice maker, ceiling fans, iPod docking station, and 3D HDTV for guests’ entertainment. The on-site concierge crew will be on hand around-the-clock to assist you in planning a luxurious trip. Any service requests from visitors will be met by the villa staff.
