Bedrooms: Its sleeping areas can be accessed via the hallway. Bedroom 1, on the right, is a cozy triple bedroom with a plush double bed and a comfy single bed as well as a spacious ensuite bathroom with shower. While bedroom 2 next door, is a luxuriously designed double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Both rooms are airconditioned for additional comfort, furnished with large wardrobe as well as have access to the beautiful garden. The third bedroom with seaview a quad-bedroom, comes with a comfortable double bed and bunk bed, is accessible from the kitchen. Bedroom 3 would be the ideal choice of sleeping area for parents with young kids.

Outdoors: Head outside to the vast outdoor spaces to enjoy some sunshine and fresh air. Near the main entrance is a semi-covered outdoor dining space great for that lazy brunch and taking in the verdant sea views. Indoors: You can opt to rest in their respective bedrooms or in the many other areas available in the lovely home itself. The large entrance leads into a long hallway and spacious interior spaces. Beautifully decorated there is a small seating area with two rattan chairs along the narrow hallway for rest and relaxation. On the right of the hallway is another entrance that leads into the wonderful living, dining and kitchen area. The living area has a long comfortable couch and also a big flat-screen TV for entertainment purposes, while the dining area has a dining table and chairs while the kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a stove, a built-in oven and a microwave.

Staff Quarters: The villa’s friendly and professional staff is always on hand to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Towels and bed linens are changed once a week while final cleaning is done once you check out. All other services such as extra cleaning, midweek change of towels and linens, early check-out, late check-in and more, can be requested. These services are charged separately.

It is surrounded by numerous wonderful beaches. The amazing rock beach of Cavalli is mere steps from the property while the Cotriero beach is 1 kilometre from here. The Lido Pizzo oasis is approximately 3 km away. The city centre is 13 kilometres away. Additionally within short walking distance (approximately 150 m) are shops and restaurants.
