This luxury holiday home comprises 5 cosy bedrooms, 5 huge bathrooms, fully equipped fitness room, open plan dining, living and kitchen areas, large terrace, heated infinity pool, jacuzzi, outdoor sound system, gas BBQ, sun deck and more.

It has a clean and sophisticated design with white walls and soothing Beton Cire floors that feel cool underfeet. This newly built modern and versatile retreat is a masterpiece of architecture and design, which utilises stunning lines and angles to truly maximise its settling to allow you to enjoy the views from almost anywhere on the property. The open air design allows sea breeze to waft through but also an option of closing the indoors.

The elevated setting gives a sense of privacy, yet restaurants and shops of those towns below are easily accessible.

Bedrooms: This property has five luxuriously designed ensuite bedrooms spread across several levels. All bedrooms are airconditioned and comes with standard features such as European King bed that is so comfortable, ceiling fan HDTV, canal sat, dish network, DirecTV, Bose sound system, iPod connection, Key Safe, blackout curtains, huge walk-in closet as well as private access. These rooms are enough for 10 guests.

The main level of the home boasts three bedrooms that all have access to the sun deck. Although the two remaining bedrooms on the lower level may be a little smaller, the superb views and access to an outdoor Jacuzzi more than make up for the smaller size.

Meanwhile, all its ensuite bathrooms are spacious and is fitted with high quality fixtures, relaxing rain shower, premium toiletries and vanities.

Outdoors: Unwind with your loved ones in the cool, refreshing pool or while sipping a glass of wine in the gazebo as the sun goes down, and soak up the panoramic scenes of endless verdant greenery, cerulean skies, and Caribbean waters.

The gorgeous outdoor space is just wonderful, which contained a broad deck with an inviting 60 foot heated infinity pool, grilling area and a lovely gazebo. Surrounding the pool are ample comfy sunloungers for sunbathing or just relaxing. The lovely gazebo with comfortable seating area ideal for chit chatting over tea and enjoying the impressive vistas(perched on the edge of the hill). An outdoor grilling area with gas BBQ makes the perfect spot for alfresco dining. The large outdoor jacuzzi and fitness room complete with weight machine, treadmill, step machine, stationary bike, reclining stationary bike, rowing machine, free weights, sound system, TV with dish network, ipod connection and a half bath (and a bathtub) are accessible through the lower level where an auxiliary kitchen to prepare quick meals or drinks is also at.

Indoors: Feel the luxury of the clean design and abundance of space with overstuffed seating, and a variety of modern conveniences the likes of HDTV, Canal Sat. Direct TV, Dish Network, Apple TV, and iPod connection in the living room. The kitchen with wood paneled cabinets and stainless counters and appliances is separated from the living area by a sleek island table, and is similarly state of the art, with a mini bar, two very spacious refrigerators, oven, microwave, toaster, espresso machine, coffee maker, juicer, blender, separate freezer and wine storage. You can either cook on your own or get our professional chef to create a magical dining experience in the privacy of your holiday home. There is also a large dining table set for ten where guests can have their meals.

Staff Quarters: The dedicated concierge team will look into all your needs during your stay here. Services included in your stay package are arrival and departure transfers, daily housekeeping (except Sundays and public holidays) and welcome gifts. All other services from childcare to excursions and more, can be arranged with additional costs.

Location: The island of St Barts offers beautiful beaches, chic shopping and haute cuisine restaurants. The crystal clear water and white sand Gouverneur beach is the favourite beach on the island, as it is enshrouded by the neighbouring mountains to yield a cosy secluded feel suitable for picnics. Guests can also charter a boat to explore the coves and beaches of St Barts.

Saline beach, arguably one of the most popular beach in St Barts. Saline is certainly worth visiting. The 3 minutes walk to the beach’s entrance offers an unforgettable experience.
