Bedrooms: Villa Fonte Verde features five luxurious bedrooms and five bathrooms, each with double beds, designed in classic elegant style, ensuite shower/bathroom, and large windows. Each suite in the villa has an abundance of natural light and a classic elegant style that draws attention to the panoramic view of the natural beauty of Cortona’s countryside, providing those sleeping in it with first-class seats to the stunning vista. The villa’s wooden floors, white washed tone, and soft lighting provide a sense of connectedness to nature.

Outdoors: Outside, there is a nice alfresco dining space where you and your guests may enjoy your meals while gazing out over Cortona and the Chiana valley. There is an outdoor kitchen equipped with a wood oven, grill, mini-fridge, and sink, ideal for an evening BBQ with a view! Spend time relaxing by the pool with a drink of wine, relaxing in the hot tub after a day of sightseeing, exploring the lush grounds, and immersing yourself in Tuscany!

As the home is positioned on a vast property and provides its visitors with a spectacular view of the surrounding environment. The private garden has a swimming pool with outdoor shower and sun terrace for the exclusive use of the guests. There is also a patio with a table, gazebo, and BBQ in the yard for al fresco lunches and evenings. Private parking and an outdoor laundry are also available.

Indoors: On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace enclosed by large windows overlooking the garden and the surrounding valley, furnished with sofas and equipped with satellite TV, a fully equipped modern kitchen (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine), and a dining room.

Staff Quarters: Villa Fonte Verde has a friendly staff that will make sure you are comfortable and settled in from the time you arrive. They will provide housekeeping and maintenance services throughout your stay to ensure that the villa is kept in top condition, but their presence will be kept to a minimum. On request, extra services such as private chefs, groceries, excursions, and airport transfers can also be provided with additional fees.
