Bedrooms: Villa Fleur De Mer hosts five fabulous bedrooms. The bedrooms arecomplete with air conditioning , and each is bright, airy and feature delightful decor. The master bedroom is gorgeous, spacious and so pretty with charming glass doors opening to a furnished terrace, the perfect spot for a steaming morning coffee or glass of your favourite wine at the end of the day, relaxing and mesmerised by the ever changing hues of the ocean beyond. This bedroom is close to the main living areas, and surrounded by lush tropical greenery, mature palms and an abundance of colour from the tumbling bougainvillaea, this is a true tropical hideaway. Hours of relaxation await just sitting and relaxing on the shaded terrace, perhaps watching the colourful birds and butterflies stopping by to visit.The delightful room features a sitting room and lovely timber floors,soaring white washed timber lined ceilings, his and hers dressing rooms and bathrooms with rain head showers both inside and out on the terrace. A jacuzzi with alarm is a feature of this bedroom, with gorgeous views from the terrace to enjoy whilst bubbling away the stresses of the “real world”! A four poster Euro king bed is swathed in pure white mosquito nets and the rooms are both air conditioner and fan cooled and is the perfect place for romance and relaxation. Flat Screen TV, wifi, sound system, programmable safe, library and phone are available for guests use.

The further four bedrooms are across the pretty courtyard and are equally as lovely. Two rooms feature Queen size four poster beds, one a lovely mahogany bed with queen mattress, the other with twin beds. The rooms are both air conditioned and fan cooled and dressed in pristine whites with soft muted colours to create lovely restful spaces. Large furnished terraces offer beautiful views over the gardens, mountains and wonderful ocean views. Each of the five bedrooms are fully equipped with sublime linens, feature bespoke Kenzo fabrics and bedding and are the most wonderful rooms to enjoy the perfect night’s rest.

There is an ensuite for each of the bedrooms and each is pure tropical chic and complete with plush towels and hairdryers.

Outdoors: With the villa’s ample terraces surrounding the living areas and sleeping quarters there are many spots to enjoy a quiet drink, a peaceful read or perhaps a crisp white wine in privacy and peace. The covered terraces boast lounge furniture, the absolute perfect spot to curl up with a good book, a barbeque, dining table and chairs and views across the the gorgeous landscapes and ocean. The pool deck is the most wonderful place to relax in the sun on one of the many comfortable sunbeds. There are lovely shady spots for those not wanting too much of the glorious Caribbean sun and the enclosed lounge is perfect when one needs to cool down. An outdoor shower is provided and so many places around this fabulous property to relax and enjoy the 360 degree unforgettable vistas.

Indoors: Guests will love the open, breezy feel and modern, comfortable furnishings and styling of this gorgeous villa..

The main living spaces are fabulous with soaring ceilings creating a spectacular space enhanced by sumptuous sofas, and wonderful artwork featuring the local Caribbean fauna and flora, the stunning ocean view from one side of the space and from the rear through the courtyard both glorious tropical foliage and again another spectacular panorama. Hardwood floors, lovely decor pieces, and absolute attention to detail and a feel of casual luxury create a bright and comfortable space to relax and enjoy time with family and friends.

Between the living room and master bedroom the library and TV room is to be found. A cosy space to curl up with a great book from the many on the beautiful dark timber shelves, or perhaps enjoy a good movie on the HDTV with Directv, dvd and large dvd collection, sound system, phone and fax and screened windows allowing the beautiful evening breezes in.

Adjacent to the lounge is the modern professional kitchen, again crisp and clean, ultra modern and a chef’s dream. This is a well equipped space with a Lacanche range, dual refrigerators, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee and espresso machine,wine chiller, freezer, ice machine, twin dishwashers, toaster, and utensils; all guests could possibly need to serve fabulous meals to enjoy with family and friends.The kitchen has separate access for catering and is closed providing privacy.

The dining space is perfectly positioned between the living area and kitchen, the large impressive table seats twelve and enjoys views of the island and of course the stunning Atlantic ocean sparkling below you.

An enchanting path through the vibrant greenery and tropical flowers leads guests to a full guest bathroom, fabulous and non disturbing for guests resting in their rooms.

Staff Quarters: The villa is of coursefully cleaned and sanitised for the health and safety of its guests and spotlessly clean on check in.

A baby cot and high chair are available for the youngest of guests.

Maid service is provided. There is a villa manager at your disposal and 24/7 concierge service for all services you may require from in house chef to nanny services. Shopping can be arranged prior to arrival and the wine chiller filled if you desire.

Location: The villa is perched high on a hill above Colombier in the north west of St Barths. Fabulous powdery white sand beaches are minutes away from your lofty villa, Colombier beach is one minute drive from your villa, and most of the spectacular beaches in St Barths within 20 minute drive.

Colombier beach is a jewel in this rich array, a 20 minute walk will bring you to the softest, pristine white sands and crystal clear water,and complete privacy on your own island paradise. Please bring shade, food and drink as this is an uninhabited area. For those not wishing to make the trek to the beach boats are available to take you to this wonderful spot, or cruise the waters finding the best snorkelling perhaps.

For those needing restaurants and shopping the pretty harbour town of Gustavia will not disappoint. A short 8minute drive from the villa, this town is a delight. From its yacht-filled harbour to fort lined entrance this is a blend of ancient and modern life, beautifully melded into a fun and interesting place to visit.

Restaurants abound from high end hotels to small cafes, guests will certainly find their favourite.
