Designed to very high hotel-couture standards, the materials used are subtly luxurious while pleasantly-weathered wood fills the spaces among the lucid glass. The architecture also features several pavilions built to allow guests to have their fair share of different interests and activities simultaneously. One of the main highlights of the villa is its stunning pool, and guests will find that the bedrooms are spread out across separate buildings to grant a sense of exclusivity and privacy to its respective occupants.

Bedrooms: The property is designed with 7 bedrooms for 14 guests, which are spread out across separate buildings across the villa’s grounds that make it a nice exploration of sorts for guests to stroll around while heading for their nest. The Master Bedroom can be found in its own pavilion behind the main living areas, fitted with a king bed, an outdoor shower, and a small private terrace fitted with sun chairs. The other bedrooms are located in the main building but enclosed within their own private zone, accessible via a small staircase down from the main living room. 2 more bedrooms can be found in the middle level, which are of the calibre of an actual master bedroom in terms of its size and amenities, complete with king-sized beds and lavish ensuite bathrooms. The final 4 bedrooms are built on a level down below with twin beddings for each that can be joined into king-sized beds upon requests of guests, with their own private bathroom.

Outdoors: The gorgeous outdoors of Villa Firefly consists of a stunning and languid swimming pool as the main highlight feature, equipped with an open bar area that connects the indoors with the outdoors by ingeniously merging the pool area, gourmet kitchen and primary living space with the dining area. It is an immersive experience for guests to feel the tranquil blue sea just next to them, literally beneath their feet or the villa’s expansive outdoor deck as waves come lapping outside the clear walls. Meanwhile, the separate pavilions here provide guests with their own choice of activity so that everyone can have their favourite thing to do at the same time, be it swimming at the pool, having drinks by the bar, or playing board games in a quiet room.

Indoors: The indoors are spacious, airy, contemporary and simply sumptuous in taste and quality of its furnishings. It is impressively conceptualised out within an open plan layout starting with the living hall that is fitted with extra large and supersized white couch sofas for all 14 guests to convene around this space. All-white ceiling beams and walls create a vast dimension and a breezy ambiance, and just behind the couches is the dining space with solid wood table and comfortable chairs. The ultra contemporary kitchen area is fitted with all-white storage cabinets with a grey island kitchen in the centre, with open glass panels on both ends that overlook the outdoors. There is a unique great room with 3 glass walls to separate it, which can be opened up or closed off depending on guests, like an extension of sorts of the outdoors and which has an elegant dining table with US satellite and Apple TV that can serve as a secondary dining or television room.

Staff Quarters: Only the best in hospitality and services are guaranteed for guests staying at Villa Firefly. The team is on hand to support all of guests’ needs and requests, such as the 24/7 in-house concierge team that takes care of every minute details and arrangements for guests, while the housekeeping team helps with ensuring daily cleanliness and maintenance throughout guests’ stay except for Sundays and public holidays. Guests will also be personally greeted and escorted from the airport or harbour to the villa’s grounds upon their arrival, and also personally sent off during their departure day.

Location: Villa Firefly that is located in Anse des Cayes comes with a lovely and tranquil beach that is tucked away from the rest of the island in an enclave of its own. Guests can look forward to some swimming on the northeast part of the beach where there are some surfing activities as and when the weather permits.
