Bedrooms: There are 4 bedrooms for 8 guests here in Villa Es Flavo, made up of 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom of 2 single beds on double-decker arrangement. Rooms are bright, minimalist and with touches of modernity, some of which are designed with balconies where guests could look out to the scenery beyond. Some of the rooms are equipped with ensuite bathrooms which come with double sinks as one of its stand-out features.

Outdoors: The exterior grounds first greet guests with its grassy lawn near the entrance, and adjoining it being the tiled-paved terrace area that also houses the rectangular swimming pool with sunbeds on one side of it. Just a few steps up from this area is the alfresco space fitted with outdoor furniture where they can lounge around for outdoor evening drinks. Guests can feel free to also take a walk around the outdoor tiled-paved perimeters surrounding the home that stretch spaciously to the sides and the rear.

Indoors: Inside the villa, guests will find luminous and contemporary interiors of tasteful design with the great combo of furniture like couch sofas, coffee table and the dining table, as an abundance of natural sunlight streams in through the large glass panels and sliding glass doors. The ceiling roof is made of wooden roof panelling and the house is on split levels with a small staircase that leads up to a second dining area and the contemporary kitchen located just behind consisting of a kitchen island stove of steel surface and fully-equipped amenities to boot.

Location: The villa’s location in Sineu is a great bonus as this is a historic rural town and is geographically in the centre of Mallorca. It is steeped in cultural and religious history where guests can explore at leisure some of the landmarks and sites in the older parts of town, housing interesting architecture such as the large ancient parish church, the main square called Plaza Des Fossar which teems with quaint cafes these days, and also a weekly traditional market that is visited by tourists and locals alike.
