This is Villa Epicure, a 7-bedroom luxury property for 14 guests that ably juggles a fine balance between being contemporary and sumptuous, yet still inviting and comfortable. There are ample spaces and corners for guests to have their own privacy and to spread out, yet come together during communal sessions that call for. Designed with wide-angle floor-to-ceiling windows that afford guests with all-day and night views of the ocean beyond, the villa also consists of a lavish and well-appointed kitchen as one of its indoor hallmarks, and an 18-metre long swimming pool for one of its outdoor highlights.

Bedrooms: The 7 bedrooms at Villa Epicure are all designed with an abundance of natural sunlight, a soothing colour palette, sea-fronting views, ample closet space, and ensuite bathrooms. Guests will find that a number of these bedrooms are separated from one another, with some located on their own floors and others only accessible from the outside. The first bedroom is to the left of the living room and accessible from the inside, while 2 more bedrooms on this same level are accessible from the outside and separated from one another. As for the 4 remaining bedrooms, they are all downstairs; 1 of it being an independent bedroom, 2 others can be closed off together to form a suite for a bigger family with young kids, while the last bedroom is in fact a large suite with its own kitchenette – all of which jointly share a large enough terrace.

Outdoors: The outdoor grounds feature an 18-metre heated swimming pool that runs horizontally across the wooden terrace deck, which also hosts sun beds and lounge chairs on either side of the pool. A low glass wall runs the length of the entire deck to protect guests and young kids from the edge, which overlooks the sea and its horizons. In the sheltered portion of the deck, there is an alfresco dining spot with its solid dining table and chairs for guests, and a lounge area with outdoor furniture and sofas for guests to get comfy and cosy.

Indoors: In the main floor of the indoors, the design and furnishings are nothing less than stylish and contemporary, starting with the large living hall that comes with its sectional sofas and being decked in a soothing, monochrome grey and white colour scheme. Wide-angle floor-to-ceiling windows allow for the marvellous outdoor views to flood indoors, and they can be slid open to allow for the lovely Caribbean breeze to waft through. While the dining area with its mahogany-coloured dining table is placed just behind the living space, it is the well-appointed and ample kitchen area that takes centrestage, with its lavish taste and finishing, dark in theme and contemporary in style, featuring a L-shaped breakfast bar counter with high stools around it. Additionally, guests also have a fitness room and cold room for use, completing the spaces and amenities indoors.

Staff Quarters: Guests will be treated with utmost hospitality and provided with top-notch services by the team of staff. For starters, there is a 24/7 in-house concierge team that helps to attend to any needs and requests of guests whether in arranging, organising and other fine details, while the housekeeping team helps with ensuring cleanliness of the villa daily except for Sundays and public holidays. Guests will also be received and met at the airport or the harbour upon their arrival before being whisked away to the villa’s grounds.

Location: Located in Marigot which is regarded as the quiet eastern side of St Barth, guests can check out some of the quiet beacheshere that are devoid of tourists or crowds, and there is also a small delightful cove that is part of the Marine Reserve.
