Villa Elaion is a sprawling five-bedroom holiday home in the charming town of Pescoluse in Puglia and Salento, only a 10-minute drive to the sandy shores and the sea. Surrounded by olive and fruit trees and other Mediterranean flora, Villa Elaion has a lovely, tropical ambiance and a relaxing vibe. The villa comprises a main house and two independent units with five bedrooms in total. It is ideal for up to 12 guests, which is great if you are travelling for a special occasion like birthdays or anniversaries.

Bedrooms: Villa Elaion features five bedrooms—one double bedroom in each of the two units, and three bedrooms in the main house. One of the bedrooms has four beds including bunk beds for additional space. Each of the five bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom with modern amenities. The rooms are air-conditioned and spacious with a homely ambiance.

Outdoors: With a lush green view resplendent with trees for as far as the eyes can see, the outdoors at Villa Elaion is verdant. The swimming pool is perfect for a morning workout while you have several daybeds lining the pool deck for sunbathing and taking leisurely naps under the open sky. A gazebo offers shade when needed with a double daybed for rest. The lush garden is well-kept and also features lounge chairs. You will find outdoor dining in the garden under the shade for refreshing meals. A meandering stone structure is almost maze-like and ancient with outdoor chairs and a peaceful ambiance.

Indoors: The main house and one of the pajara (unit) feature living spaces that are well-designed in a traditional structure with natural stone interiors. The wooden beams on the ceiling and tiled floors with bright light from outdoors create intimate spaces where you can spend some time with your friends and family. The living rooms are comfortably furnished with sectional sofas, TVs, and more sitting. The door leads to the garden directly so you have a great view even when you’re indoors. The rooms are well-lit in the day while creating a romantic ambiance in the evening.

Dining is a lovely affair with dining tables in both the main house and the pajara. You can dine outdoors or indoors as you please. There is ample room for everyone. Both these units have kitchens that are modern and fully-equipped. It is easy to prepare anything from a cup of coffee to a course meal for your lunch or dinner. You can access the kitchen and use it to its full capacity. The living rooms are air-conditioned for comfort.

Staff Quarters: Villa Elaion offers modern comforts and luxuries to make your stay worthwhile. You have private parking, BBQ, and alarm system for security. With high-speed internet, air-con, and heating, you will be in the countryside but with access to the outside world, when you need it. The villa has a washer/dryer facility and it is pet-friendly as well.

Location: The location in the Pescoluse area is idyllic because you are so close to the sea, merely 10-minutes by car. The stunning, crystal clear water and the sandy shores are perfect for a pleasant summer’s day. Enjoy beach weather to the fullest, explore the main town centre with restaurants, shops, markets, etc. Leuca is 15-minutes away while Gallipoli is 30-minutes from the villa.
