Bedrooms: All bedrooms are stylishly furnished with wooden furniture, white walls and window shutters, as well as the modern comforts of a wall-mounted TV and DVD player. They also all contain additional beds which can be utilised for extended family vacations, and high-quality memory foam mattresses and pillows to ensure a restful stay. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed and a plush sofa which can be transformed into a bunk bed for additional sleeping space. From the window, guests will be spellbound by stunning sea views of the turquoise Mediterranean waters, the Island of Elba and Corsica. The second bedroom offers a queen sized bed, a fold-away bed and baby cot. The third bedroom is a twin room , with bunk beds and an optional third foldaway single. This bedroom also has access to a small private terrace with calming garden views.

Outdoors: Located on 10 thousand square metres of secluded private land, the exterior of Villa Dea offers just as much relaxation and delight as what you will find inside. The grounds offer activities for children and adults alike. The kids will love the playground equipment , and everyone will enjoy the beach volleyball court and pool with a shallow area. There is a large al fresco dining area, with seating for 12 diners, under an elegant canopy where the whole family can eat together at the end of the day.

Indoors: The entire villa is tastefully decorated in a minimalistic traditional style , elevated by rustic rustic wooden beams. On the ground floor, guests can relax together in the large living room with a 55 inch home theatre television, and antique stone fireplace. The kitchen is fitted with gorgeous white marble from the nearby Carrara quarry, which centuries ago provided the stone for Michelangelo’s statue of David. Guests have the complete spectrum of modern appliances at their disposal, including an oven, stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and American coffee maker. As well as day-to-day home comforts, guests have all the fixtures for an active vacation without even leaving the villa. As well as the pool and volleyball outside, Visitors have a private wellness centre with a gym and sauna.

Staff Quarters: When you book a vacation at Villa Dea, the price will include all essentials, including air conditioning, linens and towels, WiFi and garden maintenance. For an additional price, guests can arrange cooking and cleaning services, villa pre-stocking, tours on land and/or by yacht, babysitting and airport transfers.

Location: Villa Dea is perfectly located on a secluded hillside in the unspoiled countryside of Liguria, close to the charming mediaeval village of Sarzana, where guests will find supermarkets, shops, several restaurants, a wine bar and a bank. Within easy reach by car are several cultural and natural highlights, most notably the villages of the Cinque Terre and the Gulf of Poets, which have stolen the hearts of millions of travellers. Sun-seekers have a choice of several unspoiled or maintained beaches, and sight-seers will love the villa’s proximity to the famous towns of Pisa and Lucca which are both just over half an hour’s drive, and Florence which is an hour and a half away by car.
