Bedrooms: Villa Costa Merlata has 4 lovely and spacious bedrooms as well as two sofa beds to accommodate extra guests. The first bedroom is a one four-bed room with a double bed and a double sofa bed, perfect for families with young children or teenagers. Next are two double bedrooms, one of which is the main bedroom as it comes with an ensuite bathroom and a shower. Lastly, a twin bedroom. There are also two bathrooms with tubs. Each bedroom is equipped with fresh linens, a window overlooking the garden or the sea, and has air conditioning for your comfort during summer days.

Outdoors: For your ease of mind, Villa Costa Merlata is safely fenced, with walls or hedges to ensure the guest’s privacy throughout their stay. The swimming pool ranges in depth from two to four meters and is ideal for diving and swimming. The solarium located next to the swimming pool includes beach beds, armchairs, and a hammock, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the old town or fun on the beach. There is a small path that leads to the nearby beach from the villa and it makes you feel like you are on your own private beach! An alfresco dining area complete with its table, chairs, and umbrella for summer days is available next to the villa, allowing you and your loved ones to enjoy delicious home-made recipes while admiring the ocean view.

Indoors: The interior of Villa Costa Merlata is designed and furnished in Mediterranean style, it is both spacious and comfortable. The villa’s main living room is decorated with a sofa, fireplace, and television. The open-concept living space connects the main living room to the adjacent indoor dining room that seats up to 6 people and to the kitchen area. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your favorite meals as it comes with a fridge, electric oven, kitchen utensils, and others. A door leading to the outdoor areas is available from the kitchen, giving you access to prepare and serve your cooked meals for a memorable alfresco dining moment.

Staff Quarters: The villa provides all basic necessities you need for a great holiday in Ostuni, it provides a garage for two cars, a modern kitchen with electric oven and a fridge, a washing machine, a hair dryer, and a television in the main living room.
