Bedrooms: The villa has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms for 10 guests. The ground floor has one double bedroom, which is ensuite. The bathroom has a tub and a laundry room. The first floor has a second ensuite double bedroom. It has a sofa bed that can sleep one more guest. The second floor has two bedrooms, both with king beds. One of them has a sofa bed, while the second has a whirlpool. All four bedrooms in the house are ensuite. They all have a modern décor. There are seating areas, large wardrobes, and dressing areas. A tall ceiling allows plenty of room for air and sunlight to provide natural ventilation. There is air-conditioning too.

Outdoors: You will be in a different world from the moment you step into this exclusive estate. The outdoor area features a terraced garden over different levels. Thanks to its hillside location, you will be able to see far and beyond and you will also get panoramic views of the UNESCO-listed baroque town of Scicli. The pool area is a good place to catch these views. The private swimming pool is surrounded by loungers and a manicured lawn.

The spacious, sunny terraces are framed by characteristic dry-stone walls. One terrace has an outdoor bar. In another corner, you will find a private tennis court and a small soccer field.

Indoors: The stone façade of this rental property is sure to impress you. The same stone features continue inside. Almost all the walls feature this traditional design of Sicily. The living room, built within arched stone walls is typically Sicilian. It has large sofas, a modern coffee table, and a small library. The house has a second living room, which is completely modern. It is an open-concept room with a large television, a kitchen, and a breakfast table with high chairs. The dining area has a 6-sitter table. In the kitchen, you will find many modern appliances for your cooking.

Staff Quarters: You will receive a welcome basket on arrival. This luxury villa in Sicily offers everything for the entire family. Feel free to use the pool and Jacuzzi. It is a good property even for those who have mobility issues. The cost of final cleaning and gas cooker consumption are both included with your stay. Bath towels will be changed twice per week and the bed linen will be changed once. Two extra cots are available.

Location: Villa Corte Dorata is just outside the UNESCO-listed Scicli town. Visit the Palazzo Beneventano and Via Francesco Mormina Penna, which is a classic late baroque street. The villa is close to many other historic towns like Ragusa-Ibla, Modica, Noto, and Syracuse. You can also visit many scenic fishing villages, which are close. Many of them have beautiful sandy beaches.
