The villa is subdivided into two comfortable quarters, independent one from the other, and boasts two bedrooms and can sleep up to six guests. Decorated in modern and neutral furnishing, the villa features a living-room, a kitchen look, a wide equipped terrace, a barbecue and a small garden decorated with laurels, jasmines and a rich variety of succulent plants.

Bedrooms: The villa boasts two bedrooms that can sleep up to six guests. The modern, clean, and neutrally decorated interiors provide a comfortable and relaxing environment for guests. The double sofa-bed in the living room provides additional sleeping arrangements. The villa offers one double bedroom, one twin bedroom both served by one bathroom with a shower. There are two lovely balconies facing the light blue sea of the south. Both the rooms are tastefully decorated and equipped with comfortable bedding and ample storage space as well as air-conditioned and WIFI.

Outdoors: The outdoor area of Villa Contemplamare 1 offers the perfect space to relax and unwind on the wide equipped terrace, furnished with outdoor furniture, an external shower, and a barbecue. Enjoy al fresco dining with local source produce and wine while taking in the beautiful sea views. The terrace leads on to a small garden decorated with laurels, jasmines and a rich variety of succulent plants, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere.

The villa’s location is just a few steps away from a white reef of rocks, where guests can enjoy looking for marine life in the rock pools, or head down 100 meters to the long sandy beach to swim in the crystal clear waters or just relax ad sunbathe.

The villa’s interiors offer a comfortable and relaxing environment which are tastefully furnished and decorated, perfectly matching the natural dyes of the land and featuring local calcareous stone. Villa Contemplamare 1 features a large living-room with a kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils to prepare meals and entertain guests which overlooks the large terrace and provides a wonderful spot to enjoy the beautiful sea views and the Mediterranean climate.

Staff Quarters: Villa Contemplamare 1 offers a range of services to ensure that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The concierge service is available to assist guests with bookings and recommendations for things to do in the area.
