Bedrooms: This wonderful home has 6 beautifully designed double bedrooms and spacious bathrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned while the all bathrooms haslarge showers, high-quality fixtures, premium toiletries and vanities. Bedroom 1 on the ground floor of the main building has a super plush king-sized bed, smart TV with Bluetooth sound system. It opens up to a patio overlooking the vineyard with direct access to the hydromassage pool. There is a bathroom right outside this room which comes with large comfortable showers and dual basins. Bedroom 2 is an ensuite, has a comfortable king bed, smart TV with Bluetooth sound system. In addition to the air-conditioning, it also has underfloor heating as well as direct access to a patio. Bedrooms 3, 4 and 5, are all ensuites on the first floor of the home. Aside from air-conditioning, underfloor heating, king bed, smart TV with bluetooth system, bedroom 3 has a large wardrobe while all 3 bedrooms has additional space for crib. Bedroom 6 which is in the annexe has separate entrance and is spacious enough for an additional crib and sofa bed. The property also has a seventh bedroom of inferior quality within its grounds, which is on the annex floor which can be used for staff travelling with the guest.

Outdoors: There are plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy. There is a wonderful pool surrounded by ample sunbeds and parasols, designed for fun with family or friends, with each corner dedicated to an activity from the vegetable garden to the heated Jacuzzis – one adjacent to the pool, and the other, more private, just outside its bedroom, and patio. There is a vegetable garden from which you can use the organic produce for cooking that is surrounded by hiking and walking trails. Take a quick nap on the comfortable hammock or admire the awesome views at the seating area near the outdoor jacuzzi/hot tub. Enjoy a fun time grilling meats at the covered BBQ area. Have an intimate dining session under the stars at the outdoor dining space with great company and wonderful night views.

Indoors: The interior of this home embodies new classic style with French influences as seen in quality washed wooden boards, floors, wood-beamed ceilings, arched windows combined with contemporary touches, the choice of colours and wide kitchen-dining room, that was achieved after proper research in the historical context. The spacious living room makes a great spot for relaxing and entertainment as it has a TV, fireplace and comfortable sofas, while a large dining table that can sit 12 guests takes centrestage in the dining room, and the lovely fully-furnished kitchen comes with 5 induction burners, oven, fridge with ice machine, Nespresso machine, American coffee maker and an isle-kitchen, perfect for cooking classes allows meals to be prepared conveniently.

Staff Quarters: Our friendly team would be more than happy to assist you throughout your stay. Car rental is highly recommended. Covered parking is provided on property. In an area by the pool, there is a possibility of setting up a massage or fitness area with Pilates, yoga and meditation teachers, (which can be arranged). The concierge can accompany you to the small surrounding villages as well as large cities. For special occasions, we recommend our pizza chef and musicians. All these additional services are subjected to separate charges.

Location: There are plenty of interesting places in the surrounding area that guests can visit, such as the quaint village of Montecatini Alto with its shops, restaurants, and bars, Cinque Terre and its coast, famous restaurants nearby like La Cascina and La Torre, and also the best tasting winery close to the property in Buonamico in Montecarlo, near Lucca.

Given the fact that the property is located between Luca and Florence,it easily connects to other areas such as Rome, Naples, Venice and Milan via fast train.
