Bedrooms: Collina Del Sole has five bedrooms, which are good for 10 guests. Three bedrooms have large double beds, one with a balcony offering fabulous sea views. The fourth bedroom has a twin bed. They are all on the first floor. The ground floor has the fifth bedroom with a French bed. They are all large, so you will have plenty of moving space. Large windows bring in the sea breeze and flood the room with natural sunlight. Large wardrobes provide plenty of storage and hanging space. The house has three bathrooms, all with walk-in showers and bidets.

Outdoors: The land area of Villa Collina Del Sole extends for 1000 square meters with the 5×10 meter infinity swimming pool at its center. It sits at the edge of the Colline del sole or the Sun’s hills, offering unobstructed views of the entire Magra valley right in front of you. There is plenty of seating for all the guests around the pool on the loungers. A delightful lawn and garden surround the pool, offering the same panoramic views. Spend your entire morning here, swimming in the cool water of the pool, relaxing on a lounger, and getting a wonderful Italian tan. Head for the outdoor shaded area at midday for your alfresco meal. You can go back to the lawn to catch the stunning sunset view and stay back here to watch the lights in the valley below coming up gradually. Spend a romantic evening here with your family or friends, watching the bright celestial bodies in the sky and the city lights of the valley. This will be a spectacular show.

Indoors: Spread over two levels, the ground floor features an open-plan living and dining room with a sofa bed that can accommodate one more guest. The living area features a large library. Take any book you like to read while holidaying here. A French door from here opens to the large terrace that offers fabulous sea views. Keep it closed for air-conditioning or open the door and you will be able to enjoy the views from within the house. The house has two dining areas, one with the living/dining space, and the second in the kitchen. Families come together when they cook. Contribute to the cooking, plan for the next day, or share your experiences for the day, while the food is getting prepared. The kitchen has many modern appliances you will need.

Staff Quarters: This villa in Liguria offers everything – barbecue, hairdryer, a library, air-conditioning, internet, washing machine, satellite television, pool towels, spices, gas, electricity, water, and more. You will be charged extra for heating.
