Bedrooms: Within this elegant home are three luxuriously designed air-conditioned ensuite bedrooms. The rooms are spread out to ensure privacy for guests.

One of the bedroom is on the left of the living/dining area and is beautifully decorated in a clean updated Carribean style, complete with a super plush king beds, en-suite bathrooms, wood-lover windows and doors as well as generous closet space. A lovely walkway leads you (via steps) to another bedroom downstairs, along with its own private jacuzzi, shady alcove and outdoor seating. The third bedroom boasts a unique design: an integrated en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a rain shower and a walk-in closet.

Outdoors: Its outdoor areas are just perfect for quiet enjoyment. The very private and quiet outdoor terrace is ideal for private yoga lessons or even a relaxing massage . A green lawn that extends out to the edge of the home, invites you move one of the deck chairs under the branches of the many coconut trees. The centerpiece of the outdoor area is the large nautilus-shaped infinity surrounded by comfy sunbeds where guests can enjoy the classic Caribbean charm and stunning sunsets.

Indoors: With its relaxing vibes all round, you can kick off their shoes or leave their flip-flops at the entrance before going in,as you won’t need them anymore. Descend the stairs to the deck and take in the expansive view of Lorient Bay and the islands beyond, and far off on the next headland to the west, the picturesque remnants of Autour du Rocher, Jimmy Buffet’s legendary 1980’s hotel and nightspot. A couple of steps to your left, is the modern convenient fully equipped kitchen that opens directly onto a pleasant living room with a large flat screen tv (with DVD player and satellite channels for private entertainment) and beyond that, a cosy dining area for 10 to enjoy meals together.

If you are looking for the best vantage point for relaxation and watch the stunning sunset, you will find a nice cushioned alcove on your right, which has the perfect view that can be shared with eight others on the casual seating area encircling the alcove.

Sharing the same floor as one of the bedrooms is the well-equipped fitness room with a Technogym weight system, treadmill, cycling and rowing machines and an amazing sea view.

Staff Quarters: The home’s professional and friendly team will be on hand 24/7 to assist you during your stay. Services that comes with your package include daily cleaning (excluding sundays and public holidays), premium welcome gifts as well as arrival and departure transfers while all other services required such as private chef, private yoga lessons, private masseur and childcare can be arranged and are separately charged.

Location: The charming Villa Coco is strategically positioned within convenient proximity to many attractions in the surrounding areas. For those who enjoy fresh fish and other seafood head to the fish market in the village of Lorient where you will find an array of fresh seafoods while for those into the sun, sea and sand, the lovely Lorient beach (amongst the most beautiful on the island) with its soft sand and crystalline waters is minutes away. Other beaches within easy distance are the beaches at St Jean, Saline, and Marigot are around 5-minutes drive. Restaurants, bakeries, and grocers are also within easy driving distance. The restaurants in here represents culinary delights from all over the world, so guests will have a truly gastronomic feast. Those into outdoor adventure can try surfing, kite boarding, snorkeling and hiking up the craggy volcanic hills.
