Bedrooms: All 4 bedrooms are on the first floor, which is very nice because you can go up anytime you want and sleep in peace, away from the common areas of the house. Three of them have double beds. The fourth has twins. All four bedrooms in this villa are ensuite. One of the bathrooms has a tub.

The décor is wonderfully antique, which you will see in the bed designs, and also in the study tables, chairs, and dressing areas. A wooden-beamed ceiling showcases traditional Tuscan architecture. Large windows provide views of the countryside. The bathrooms too have wonderful Italian tiles.

Outdoors: Step outside onto the fabulous garden and marvel at the sights before you. Surrounding you will be the typical landscape of Tuscany with hills, forested valleys, groves, and orchards. The surrounding vineyards provide excellent olive oil and high-quality wines. An inviting swimming pool will provide you with a refreshing respite. A fabulous lawn and garden surround this private pool. You will also find several loungers both under the sun and in a shaded corner. Swim whenever you want, relax, and get a tan. Villa Casale Valdera is not a fenced property, so your view of the surrounding landscape is never going to get blocked. Don’t worry about this harming your privacy as there are no properties around this villa.

Indoors: This 19th-century ancient farmhouse has been completely renovated but still retains its original character. You will find thick walls, terracotta floors, select antiques, and coordinated fabrics decorating the spaces. It is tastefully furnished throughout. The living room is elegant. It has a grand piano, fireplace, television, and a large sofa area. There is a second living room on the first floor and a study. This room too has a fireplace.

The formal dining table in the next room will seat everyone. An antique chandelier hangs from the ceiling. A door from here leads directly to the garden and pool area. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need to cook a meal while on holiday. It also has a breakfast table.

Staff Quarters: This rental property comes complete with everything you may. There is an iron and washing machine. Firewood is already provided for the fireplaces. You will find two televisions, a CD player, and a DVD player. You will find many utensils and appliances in the kitchen. You can hire the services of a babysitter, professional chef, or masseur.
