Bedrooms: There are three bedrooms with two rooms on the ground level and the third bedroom on the upper level. A flight of about 10 stairs goes from within the home to the upper floor. All three bedrooms have double beds. There is one bathroom with a shower on the main floor and another one on the upper floor. All the rooms are furnished and ooze a sense of warmth with their coziness.

Outdoors: The villa has a well-maintained garden and swimming pool (4m x 8m). There are sun loungers around the poolside, along with bean bags to soak in the feel of this beautiful countryside. A few palm trees and shaped shrubs line the area like a perfect fence. A lovely seating space with a table, sofa, and solid colour pouf chairs is arranged outside the home. There is an outdoor barbecue, so you can sit out in the evenings and have those long laughable conversations. The kids can play about in the gardens while you entertain yourself with a game of table tennis or billiards. There is ample parking space too.

Indoors: The home has stone-walled interiors and brick textured walls retaining a light brown and beige colour throughout. With antique pieces and modern features, much attention has been paid to details of the interiors and it will make you want to sit and stare at it for a while.

There are two entry points to this home both arriving in the living room. The living area is well furnished with a large sofa, coffee table, and an open fireplace, to ensure your winters are warm and fuzzy in the company of your loved ones. A staircase from the living room goes to the upper level which has one bedroom and a washroom. There is a billiards table up here so you brush up your skills for a good game. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave oven, and also has a smoke chimney. There is an indoor dining space next to the kitchen.

Staff Quarters: The villa has all modern amenities such as a TV, DVD and music system, WiFi, washing machine, iron, barbecue and a central heating system. The completely furnished kitchen has a microwave oven, coffee machine, juicer, toaster, and refrigerator so you can easily cook up your favourite dishes. The home has a well-fenced garden and swimming pool. Our trained team will be available for 24×7 assistance for any other service requests.

Location: The villa is in the vicinity of the main city of Muro, so it is close to the bus station and the nearest supermarket and shops are within 2-3 km. If you are keen on golf, you can visit the Pollensa Golf Club and enjoy the stunning views of north Mallorca surroundings. You can explore the turquoise beachside of Playa de Muro, S’albufera de Muro. You can also visit the S’albufera natural park with the kids to enjoy nature, watch birds and some wild species of the Mediterranean. Another perfect outing with the kids could be at the Hidropark in Alcudia, which is also near to the home. Dakota Tex Mex and Boy restaurants are famous in the region for meat grills and steaks.
