Bedrooms: There are two bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom equipped with a bathtub. The other bedroom has two single beds. The bedrooms are cosy, with little furniture, fresh and comfortable linens, and windows that ensure enough brightness within the interiors. All the rooms have AC. There are small wooden tables and antiques that give a rustic feel to this holiday home in Mallorca.

Outdoors: Villa Cas Frares has lovely spacious outdoors with a well-maintained garden and a few tree plantations. The swimming pool has sun loungers for you to relax post a nice refreshing dip. There is also an outdoor BBQ, so you can enjoy a nice quiet dinner amidst the fresh flowy breeze from the surroundings. There is a separate dining area on this terrace with tables and chairs. You can take a nice stroll around the property in its gardens and just immerse yourself in the slow village life of Majorca.

Indoors: The interiors of Villa Cas Frares are very inviting to small family reunions. There is a nice little fireplace with comfortable seating around, to give an added warmth to your conversations. There is a TV and AC in the living room too. A small dining section is also in the same room. The light pink coloured curtains add a bit of vibrancy to the room. Throughout the home, there are small paintings and frames on the walls. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with essential kitchenware, a microwave oven, refrigerator, a coffee machine and a toaster.

Staff Quarters: The villa has most modern facilities to ensure guests are comfortable during their stay. There is a TV, washing machine, bathtub, dryer, and garden furniture. For the little ones, there are child-friendly facilities such as a baby chair and cot. We also provide bed linens, pool towels and cleaning. There is a WiFi connection and AC available in the home. The team at the villa can assist the guests with any service requests.

Location: Villa Cas Frarers is in a relatively quaint location, but still very easily accessible from the main island capital Palma. You can reach Palma within a 20-mins drive and dive into the cultural and leisure activities. The village of Santa Maria de Cami has some great gastronomy restaurants. Local wineries are about 13 mins away from this lovely villa. The village has a weekly market every Sunday to pick on local food, cheeses and wines to home decor items and accessories. Indulge in some delicious dining at Fellini, C’an Barry and Living Dreams, some of the popular restaurants in Santa Maria.
