Bedrooms: The Villa Can Suau Petit has two bedrooms and a double sofa bed on the landing. The bedrooms are bright and traditional, with a cosy double bed perfect for relaxing in after a long day of exploring. Boasting beautiful views of the surrounding countryside through its large window, Villa Can Suau Petit is perfect for watching sunsets or just enjoying nature at its best. Both rooms are spacious and airy, making it easy to relax in comfort with access to two modern bathrooms.

Outdoors: The swimming pool will be a highlight of your time while at Villa Can Suau Petit. With an azure blue shimmer and a sprawling terrace is shaded with a garden full of plants that provide privacy from the street. You can enjoy your time on sunbeds or in your own little corner under a pergola, which allows you to enjoy some shade. In addition to this, there are also multiple spots where you can rest in the shade around the swimming pool area if you prefer not to be directly under sunlight. This petite villa has everything you need for enjoying your vacation in Mallorca without having too much space at home – perfect for couples who want their own space.

Indoors: Villa Can Suau Petit has a welcoming ambience with its big open-concept living space, featuring comfortable furnishings and decorative accents. A fully equipped kitchen is included in this villa, so you can enjoy self-catering while on holiday in Pollensa. It includes a refrigerator, oven/cooker hob, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. You will also find regular kitchen utensils like a knife set which is useful for preparing meals or snacks away from home. The central living and dining space is connected by an archway which leads out onto a shaded terrace overlooking a most beautiful view. This area also has plenty of natural stone elements that help create an elegant atmosphere within your home away from home.

Staff Quarters: The villa has a free daily service of air conditioning between 2pm and 4pm and 8am to 8pm. The house also has a television with satellite channels, an outside grill, and sun loungers. There is also an ironing board and iron as well as towels and bed linen provided for your use at no extra cost.

The villa also comes with a concierge service should you need anything during your stay such as additional cleaning or dinner reservations at local restaurants.

Pollensa’s ancient Old Town is within a 10-minute drive of the villa while Natural Park S’Albufera de Mallorca is 18 kilometres away. Lluc Monastery, a holy place with its beautiful gardens, is 23 kilometres distant from Villa Can Suau Petit.
