Bedrooms: Villa Can Punxa Dalt has 5 bedrooms. The ground floor has three bedrooms, while the two others are on the upper level. Three double bedrooms are ensuite. Bedrooms #4 and #5 have twin beds. One is ensuite. The last bedroom has access to W.C. only. They are all beautifully appointed, thanks to the careful design. The furniture blends modern and traditional design elements very nicely. You will find everything you need on vacation, even a study table, but it doesn’t get crowded. Beautiful area rugs crafted by local artisans add a special touch.

All the bedrooms open to a covered balcony, which offers gorgeous nature views of the surrounding hills, valleys, and the villa’s garden.

Outdoors: The 5400 square meter garden is the star of the show. It is a wonderfully tiered garden with pathways meandering through the greenery, which features tall pines, other trees, shrubs, and many flowering plants. There are several terraces, all with comfortable chairs, sofas, and umbrellas for you to relax and take in the natural beauty. There is an outdoor barbecue in one of them with a manicured lawn on one side. A second lawn doubles up as a soccer field, complete with a netted goalpost. If you are traveling with family, your kids are going to love it here. In the garden, in a gravel yard, there is a ping-pong table and a table football, which will also keep them busy. The house truly offers many entertainment options.

Take a relaxing dip in the heated swimming pool that is surrounded by many loungers. Want a moment of peace, away from your group? Sometimes, our hearts want solitude! Throughout the garden of Villa Can Punxa Dalt, you will find many cozy nooks with sitting areas, where you can be one with nature. There is even a shaded pergola.

Indoors: The property has a stylish open-plan living and dining area with a fireplace and several sofas where all of you can sit back, unwind, and catch up. There is a separate TV/reading room, which is also very stylishly decorated. Both the rooms open to balconies with views of the sea and the surrounding hills.

A striking feature of this rental property is its huge terrace upstairs that offers even better views. Feel free to use the kitchen and its modern appliances if you want to cook.

Staff Quarters: You will have complete access to all the utilities and amenities in this rental property during your stay. It is a fully functional villa, so you don’t have to bring anything from home. A baby high chair and baby cot/crib is also available, in case you are traveling with family. However, the villa does not allow pets. Pool heating during the winter is available at an extra cost. It is optional.

Location: It has one of the best locations on the island. Villa Can Punxa Dalt sits on the edge of the Tramuntana Mountains and the Ternelles valley. You will also get gorgeous views of the Bay of Pollença from here. La Braseria Pollensa is the closest restaurant – it is only 2.1 kilometers away. The Eroski & Lidl supermarket is a little further away. Shops, bakeries, and cafes are all within walking distance from your home.
