Can Mosca is a delightfully restored villa for rent set in a 4000 square meter private estate where you will be surrounded by lush greenery. This is one of the most serene and peaceful areas of Mallorca and yet you will be very close to the popular Sa Marina Platja beach and other tourist attractions. It is perfect for families as the rental property is an easy walk from the beach. Restaurants, cafes, bars, and supermarkets are all close.

But the villa still feels like a world away from the busy tourist areas. You will see vast open fields in front of you and a small wooded forest behind. You can see the Serra de Tramuntana Mountains at a distance. You will have every modern luxury here, including a private swimming pool, air-conditioning, barbecue, fireplace, satellite television, and more. There are swings and other games to keep the kids occupied and entertained. Villa Can Mosca offers something for everyone.

Bedrooms: The three bedrooms are all spacious and luxuriously appointed. Bedroom #1 has a double bed and modern décor. The black and white play of colors adds an interesting twist. Bedroom #2 also has a king bed beside a window that offers nature views. Bedroom #3 has twin beds but you can join them if required as the bedside table is movable. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned to provide extra comfort to the guests.

Guests staying at the villa have access to two bathrooms, both with bathtubs. Towels and hairdryers are provided.

Outdoors: Can Mosca feature both formal and informal areas where the entire group can gather. At certain times, you may prefer to get away from everyone to reflect or simply to read a book in peace. You will find many such sanctuaries throughout the estate.

The private swimming pool looks very inviting. Take a dip anytime you want or relax on a poolside lounger. It has a shallow end so young children can also splash around safely. You don’t have to keep a close watch always. Or, let them wander through the estate or play on the slides. There is an old well on the lawn, which makes you remember that the house once used to be a working ranch.

Indoors: Capture the original charm of a traditional Mallorcan house. The first thing you will notice is the impressive balcony that runs through the entire front side of this luxury villa. You may want to sit for a few minutes here to appreciate the nature views. There is a dining area too with rattan chairs for your alfresco meal. Inside, there is a large open-plan room with a formal dining area and a living space. You can watch television if you want while enjoying the warmth of the fireplace on a cool evening.

A grand staircase goes to the upper level, where you will find a balcony that offers sweeping views of the pool, garden, and surrounding areas. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of pans, cooking utensils, a fridge, dishwasher, an oven, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle.

Staff Quarters: Can Mosca is a self-service villa, so just like your home, you will find it ready to move in. You can use all the appliances and utensils in the kitchen, the fireplace, barbecue, garden furniture, iron, internet, and air-conditioning. You can also ask for a baby high chair and a baby cot/crib. Tourist tax is included with your stay.

Location: The villa is located 1.7 kilometers from the town center of Alcúdia, a medieval walled town in eastern Mallorca. There is a lot to see in historic Alcúdia. It also has many restaurants, cafes, and shops. The Hidropark water park is 5 kilometers away. You can reach the Parc Natural de s´Albufera nature reserve in less than 10 minutes.
