Bedrooms: It boasts 4 luxurious bedrooms, providing ample accommodation for all guests. The first floor has two bedrooms, each with a plush king-sized bed. These bedrooms open up to a splendid balcony, offering panoramic vistas of the expansive garden, the inviting pool, the picturesque surrounding fields, and the distant hills on the horizon.

On the ground floor, you’ll discover two more bedrooms. One is furnished with a super comfy king-sized bed, while the other offers twin beds. Opt for a ground-floor room if you prefer proximity to the pool and garden for a more immersive experience.

All four bedrooms are thoughtfully equipped with amenities, including huge wardrobes, comfortable armchairs, satellite televisions, and practical work desks. To enhance convenience, two spacious bathrooms are situated on the upper floor, and one is available on the ground floor, all with refreshing showers.

Outdoors: The outdoor spaces serve as the highlight. Within this expansive outdoor haven, you’ll discover vast open fields, a beautifully landscaped garden, and a captivating pool area ideal for socialising. The private swimming pool beckons, offering an opportunity to take a refreshing dip at any time. Surrounding the pool are thoughtfully placed loungers, creating an ideal spot to cool off, relax, bask in the Mediterranean sun, and savour the good life. Nearby is a small nicely manicured lawn, adding a touch of greenery to the surroundings. To further enhance your outdoor experience, an old well adds a touch of historic charm.

Adjacent to this inviting space, you’ll find a generously sized modern kitchen, fully equipped (with a toaster, coffee machine, microwave, oven, and refrigerator), catering to your culinary desires. There is another smaller dining table within the kitchen, which can be handy for quick meals.

Staff Quarters: During your stay, a dedicated and professional team of staff will see to all your needs. Final cleaning is included while housekeeping services and bed linen change, are performed once a week. The team can also assist with making arrangements for other on-demand services such as laundry, recommendations for meals, arrangements for activities, transfers, childcare and many more. Location: Nestled in the rural landscapes outside of Pollença, this countryside rental home offers proximity to the charming locales of Alcudia and Port de Pollença, the latter renowned for its picturesque marina. Each of these cities boasts a plethora of attractions, dining and drinking options as well as shopping options.

For nature enthusiasts, a visit to the Reserva Natural de s’Albufereta nature reserve is highly recommended. It is a popular spot with bird-watchers.
