Bedrooms: The villa has three bedrooms for six guests. Bedroom #1 is the master suite. It has a double bed, while the two other bedrooms both have twin beds. In Bedroom #3, you can join them to create a double if you want. All the three bedrooms open to large balconies through a floor-to-ceiling glass sliding door, which means the room size will almost double when you keep the door open to let in the fresh sea breeze. In the mid-day heat, you may want to keep the door closed to enjoy the room’s air-conditioning.

There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. Villa Can Baltasar also has a toilet.

Outdoors: The villa sits in a 220-square-meter plot in a prime location. The outdoor area is perfect for unwinding and relaxing with your family or friends. It has a large private swimming pool with a shallow end where your kids can splash around safely while you go into the deeper areas without a worry or relax on a poolside lounger. You will find a lawn and garden all around the pool terrace.

There is a second terrace at the other end of the house, which has the barbecue and a ping pong table. In front of the garden, there is a shaded area where you can enjoy an alfresco meal. Of course, if you want, you can organize a picnic too on the lawn. The villa can be the perfect place for a pool party with a barbecue and picnic.

Indoors: The ground floor has a large open-plan living and dining space. The living area has a fireplace and satellite television. All the guests staying here can dine together, whether in the formal area indoors or outside. In the kitchen, you will find many modern appliances to cook home-style meals or perhaps try a Mediterranean recipe.

The upper floor balconies offer gorgeous views of the villa compound and the surrounding areas. The entire house is air-conditioned. The doors in almost every room on the ground floor open to the sun-soaked pool terrace.

Staff Quarters: You will find everything in perfect condition when you arrive at the villa, thanks to the careful attention of the gardener, pool maintenance crew, and the villa owner. You will have complete and exclusive access to the entire property. The cost of electricity, final cleaning, towels, around-the-clock assistance, and tourist tax are all included with your stay in this rental property. Anything extra comes at an additional cost. The villa does not allow pets.

Location: You can easily walk down to the town center, where you will find many shops, cafes, and restaurants. Once a small fishing village, Cala d’Or has grown to become a glamorous resort town. It has an elegant harbor where you will see many parked yachts. You can rent one for the day to visit some of the nearby beaches and coves. It is a busy area but you will still find many secluded getaways.
