Port de Pollença or Puerto Pollensa is a top family-friendly resort town in northeastern Mallorca. Agatha Christie, the famous mystery novelist, used to come here often. Bedrooms: There are three bedrooms in the house. The first bedroom has a double bed and a beautiful balcony that faces the hills. There is a rocking chair inside and a second seating area outside. This is the master suite of the house. It has its own bathroom. The second bedroom has a king bed, a huge wardrobe, and a sofa. A traditional rug completes the décor. The third bedroom has twin beds. Otherwise, it features a similar décor as the second.

There are three bathrooms in the house. The first is ensuite with the master suite. Guests staying in the second and third bedrooms share one bathroom. There is one more with the common areas. All of them have showers.

Outdoors: A key feature of this lovely holiday rental is its wide terrace. You will find the space surrounded by lush greenery, which is always pleasing to the eyes. It also makes the ambiance perfect for a relaxing time. The terrace has an L-shaped sofa with colorful cushions in various shades of blue, representing the sea, which is so close to the residence. There is also an outdoor dining table for your alfresco meals and a BBQ with a summer kitchen.

On the other side of the house, you will find a private swimming pool, which is open between April 25th and October 31st. Cool off on a hot summer day in the inviting pool. You can relax on a sunbed after your swim and allow the sun to dry you off naturally. If you prefer shade, then head for the covered balcony, which has a sofa. There is a grassy lawn as well next to the pool.

Indoors: Inside the house, you will find a second dining area that is perfect for a formal meal. Villa Bouquerre also has an impressive kitchen where you will find a double-door refrigerator, an oven, a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, and many other appliances. You have everything you need here. It also features a breakfast table with a couple of high chairs.

A particularly attractive aspect of this superb villa is its living room. Huge in size, the room has a deep-cushioned sofa with colorful cushions and a large-screen smart television. A glass sliding door from here opens to the poolside sofa area and then to the swimming pool and the lawn.

Staff Quarters: The rental of the house includes the maintenance of the garden and the swimming pool, the cost of heating and cooling, cleaning in the middle of your stay, cleaning at the end of your stay, and linen and towel changes. Additional services are available at an extra cost like babysitting, driver with car, breakfast, and airport transfer. There is an iron and ironing board in the villa. You will find hand towels, bath towels, and pool towels.

Location: Villa Bouquerre is located at Boquer, which is one of the most scenic areas of Port de Pollença. It is very close to the Platja d’Albercutx Beach and the harbor where you will see many boats bobbing on the water. You may even rent one for a short cruise. You will find a bus station only 650 meters from the villa. Take a bus to visit the attractions that are a bit further away.
