Bedrooms: Villa Beverly has 4 bedrooms for 8 guests, which makes it a great choice for a large group of friends or an extended family that wants to holiday in luxury and privacy, close to the sea. Two bedrooms have large king beds, one has a queen, and the fourth has two twin wrought-iron beds, which make it perfect for two children or grandparents. All of them are air-conditioned for your comfort.

The first bedroom can be considered the master suite. It has a private seating area. The second bedroom with the twin beds is smaller. The fourth bedroom has a queen bamboo canopy bed. The ensuite bathrooms are modern. They have marble flooring, tops, and sunken tubs.

Outdoors: The outdoor terrace is fantastic. It has a private pool with steps leading down into it gently. It faces the turquoise sea. Imagine swimming up to the very edge and catching panoramic views, thanks to the elevated position of the house. There are plenty of seating areas all around the pool, so you can relax, get a tan, sip your drink, listen to music, read a book, or just take in the views all around.

The terrace also has an outdoor dining area for your alfresco meals and a Weber charcoal BBQ. Why not cook up a grilled meal and enjoy a picnic lunch while enjoying some fabulous Caribbean views?

Indoors: The interior is warm and inviting, whether it is the cozy living room, the dining area, or the kitchen. The living area has tall arched windows on three sides that bring in the Caribbean breeze and natural light. It also provides a sweeping view of the sea. The design is classic and traditional in feel with its calming whitewashed walls, vaulted ceilings, terracotta flooring, and many thoughtful details that are completely up-to-date. A beautiful chandelier hangs from the vaulted ceiling.

It is a big room with the living area on one side and the formal dining space on the other that seats all the guests. The kitchen has many modern appliances and also a breakfast bar with high chairs.

Staff Quarters: Villa Beverly offers all the luxuries and modern conveniences for an enjoyable seaside holiday. Everything you will find in the house will be for you and your group. Feel free to use the swimming pool, air-conditioning, satellite television, DVD, and kitchen appliances. A housekeeping team will keep the property sparkling clean six days a week. There is a range of on-demand services too available for an extra charge.

Location: This family-friendly luxury villa is located in the Mont Jean neighborhood of St. Barth Island. It is a quieter area on a headland with the sea forming a peninsula. Le Ti is a good restaurant nearby. It is also a fun place that hosts costume parties on some nights. Villa Beverly is close to several scenic beaches, so you may want to visit them as well.
