Bedrooms: There is a total of five luxuriously designed bedrooms and three spacious bathrooms.All bedrooms have contemporary touches and come equipped with air conditioning and plush double bed, to encourage a good night’s sleep.

All three bathrooms are not only spacious but come complete with high-end fixtures, a relaxing shower, dual sinks, premium toiletries and vanities.

The ground floor houses a double bedroom with four-poster bed as well as a further twin bedroom and an independent bathroom, while on the first floor, expect to find two spacious bedrooms, one double and one twin plus and an independent shower room. A few more stairs lead to the upper first floor where there is a further double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and fantastic double aspect floor to ceiling windows as well as floor-length, heat-resistant curtains for coolness and privacy.

One of the bedrooms comes with its very own large terrace with can be accessed via large glass doors , offering fabulous views across Ibiza town and the sea.

Outdoors: The outdoor spaces are simply amazing. Its tranquility is perfect for relaxing. Enjoy the same stunning vistas from the wonderful triangular pool or the comfy sunloungers. There is also a covered terrace for outdoor dining, with various comfortable seating areas, and a brick-built barbecue.

Indoors: The home’s indoor areas are comfortable and relaxing, with Mediterranean influences. The huge entrance leads to a lovely tiled hallway, which further leads into the generous open concept living and dining area. The cozy living area has plush comfortable sofas, daybed and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for idyllic relaxation. From here, a staircase lead to the upper floor where there is a second double-aspect seating room, with comfortable sofas and access to an amazing sun terrace with incredible views across the south-west coast of Ibiza.

The adjacent dining space that is equipped with an 8-seater dining table is equally wonderful. Cook up a storm in the lovely modern kitchen that is fully equipped with built-in oven, stove, hob, microwave, kettle, juicer, toaster, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and more. There is even a nice island table for that quick meal or chit-chat while meals are being prepared.

Staff Quarters: Our wonderful and friendly team will always be on hand to ensure you have the most memorable stay. Given its private location, it can only be accessed by car and there are ample private parking (for 2 to 3 cars). We recommend you hire a car. All additional services such as cleaning, transfers, and pre-arrival shopping are charged separately. Do note that the check-in time is 4pm, as such you wont be able to gain access to the property before 4pm, without prior arrangement.
