Bedrooms: Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Villa Bartlett can comfortably sleep 6 guests. Bedroom #1 has a modern décor with a double bed. Its large wardrobe offers plenty of storage and hanging space. It has two large windows on two walls, which flood the room with natural sunlight. Bedroom #2 also has a king bed. It is a bit smaller but opens directly to the terrace and garden. This room has a table, which is very handy in case you have to work during your vacation.

Bedroom #3 is perfect for the kids. It has two single beds. The soft toys, magic clock, and linen, everything gives it a fun ambiance. The two bathrooms both have showers. Hairdryers and towels are provided.

Outdoors: The outdoor area of the villa is marvelous. Savor the incredible views of Mallorca’s countryside. You will be surrounded by agricultural land, many tall trees, wide-open fields on all sides, and can see the hills from a distance. The infinity pool is located at the far end. Take a dip in the cool water anytime you want. Relax on a poolside lounger after your dip or simply lay down here to bask in the Mediterranean sun. There is an outdoor shower as well for your convenience.

There is a small lawn just before the pool with garden furniture. A few steps lead down to the playground where there is a slide, slip, and a ping pong table. Your kids will stay entertained for hours here, while you spend time swimming or relaxing on the poolside.

Indoors: Villa Bartlett features a large open-plan living and dining area. You can watch television here in the evening while enjoying the warmth from the fireplace. The formal dining area behind this seats all the guests. You can have alfresco meals under the shaded balcony overlooking the garden and pool. There is also a small lounging space here, so you can keep a watch on what the kids are doing.

The villa’s modern kitchen has everything you will need – a refrigerator, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, and dishwasher. There is even a grand piano in a separate section of the house.

Staff Quarters: This family-friendly estate feels just like home. It has everything you will need. The owners have made sure to look after every need of the guests. Feel free to use all the appliances and utensils in the kitchen, the villa’s fireplace, swimming pool, and games. Final cleaning, the use of internet and towels are included with your stay. Air conditioning is chargeable at €0.25 /Kw.
