Bedrooms: Villa Baglio Giganti has 4 bedrooms for 8 guests. They are equally divided among the two floors. The first bedroom has a lovely antique double bed and period furniture. A beautiful chandelier hangs from the wooden-beamed ceiling. It opens to a private balcony offering nature views. The second bedroom also has a double bed and a large wardrobe. You will find an antique four-poster bed in the third bedroom as well along with accompanying antique dressing areas. The fourth bedroom has a single bed. There is provision to add an extra bed for the eight guest. There are three bathrooms in the house, all with showers and a toilet. The bathrooms too have period furniture, which provides a unique character to them.

Outdoors: Its stone façade is sure to impress you as soon as you reach the rental property. Enter through the grand gate and you will reach the courtyard, which seems like it has been taken from a medieval fairytale. It has a Jacuzzi and a small garden. A shaded balcony runs through two sides of the courtyard, offering many wooden tables, chairs, and deck chairs. You can cook outside in the summer kitchen for a casual meal. Alfresco dining is a joy in the courtyard, whether you want to enjoy coffee or a drink as the sun goes down over the distant mountains or whether you want to feast with your friends or family with the chirping birds providing a nice background.

Indoors: The villa brings together medieval elements to create a refined home that is steeped in history. You will find stone walls, teak-wood furniture, terracotta flooring, and the traditional wooden-beamed ceiling of Sicily running throughout the baglio. Original artwork of Baron Pietro Polizzi and Baroness Mokada of Palermo decorates the interior. Even the corridors will provide a feel of the bygone days. It’s like taking a ride on a time machine and going back hundreds of years into the past. The dining and living area all provide this historic feel. The décor is antique and elegant. There is a large kitchen too that is packed with many appliances for your cooking.
