Bedrooms: Each of the 5 bedrooms in Villa Avenstar have en suite bathrooms and are tastefully designed. They are intelligently divided over three levels to accommodate various demands and provide additional seclusion. The master bedroom is situated above the main floor. Three of the remaining four bedrooms are located one level beneath the main terrace, where water from the main pool flows into a second, smaller pool. The main terrace and one bedroom are on the same level. The fifth room has twin beds. On request, a sixth bedroom with space for a nanny or chef is made available. This home embodies intimacy, elegance, and style without sacrificing the requirements of a modern, contemporary home or the demands of the upscale traveller of today.

Outdoors: The Villa Avenstar’s infinity pool, a firm favourite among visitors, provides an undisturbed panoramic view of the ocean. With views from the pristine beach below to the islands of St. Maarten and Anguilla, the visual impact of water spreading to the horizon, extending to infinity is magnificent. The infinity pool flows down to the lower-level deck, creating a lovely cascade that fills a cute smaller pool perfect for kids in the family. This creates not one, but two pools on separate levels of the large deck. The main hardwood terrace has a pergola and sofas making it perfect for al fresco dining. On the lower level of the villa is a game of huge outdoor chess set rendering it a historic house in Camaruche.

Indoors: Modern living and dining spaces and a well-designed gourmet kitchen can be found in the main building. The open concept living space is located on the main floor of the property. There are white leather sofas with complementing turquoise cushion covers. The calming whites and greys with turquoise accents and gorgeous wooden artefacts and the surrounding blue ocean views look so stunning and sophisticated. To let the Caribbean winds through, walls of floor-to-ceiling windows and doors can be thrown open. The interior of the home is inspiring with modern design, an earthy touch, speaking of space, vast possibilities, and unrestricted imagination. There is a dining table and a fully-furnished compact kitchen space right across the living room.

Staff Quarters: Ensure a comfortable stay at the villa because it is equipped with all contemporary conveniences. The villa features WiFi access and an air conditioning system in the bedrooms as well as the living room. Make sure to specify baby cots and high chairs for your children when making your reservation. There is also a TV, a jacuzzi, and a stereo with iPod docks in this house. The gourmet kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee maker, fine cutlery, wine storage, and a gas stove with five burners. We will have a trained staff to assist with any additional service needs.

Location: Villa Avenstar is one of the best luxury rental homes on St. Barth offering lovely views, chic interiors and luxurious amenities. The major town of the island, Gustavia, is only 10 minutes away by car. It will only take you less than two minutes to get to the stores and eateries of Lorient village. If you want to explore and spend time around the beaches, then a 10-mins drive will take you to Saline Beach and St. Jean Beach. Gustaf III Airport is just a 5 min drive, making it easily accessible.
