Its superb location combines the best of both worlds, being quiet enough for those who prefer a low-key vacation, yet also central and convenient enough for those who enjoy exploring the island and the nightlife. Spread over two levels with wide-open spaces and glorious views, this retreat is perfect for an idyllic stay in St Barts.

Guests can enjoy lovely sea views from one side of the home while the rear of the house is surrounded by rocks and trees, lending it a comfortable feel of being surrounded by nature.

Bedrooms: It has 4 luxurious designed ensuite air-conditioned bedrooms in shades of soothing beige and white. All rooms are lovingly furnished with ultra plush king bed, HDTV with dish network, programmable safe, large wardrobe (for storage) and screened windows.

Of the four bedrooms, three are on the main level, while the other a flight down.

Bedrooms 1 & 2 has garden views and outdoor showers while occupants of bedrooms 3 & 4 get to enjoy gorgeous ocean views. In addition, occupants of the fourth bedroom has private access to the room which also opens onto a wonderful sundeck, where one can enjoy the verdant views and for relaxing.

The mineral coloured ensuite bathrooms is fitted with high end fixtures, relaxing showers, luxurious Hermes toiletries as well as vanities to freshen up after a long day out.

Outdoors: Those preferring alfresco dining, the cosy dining space outside, in the terrace, is the perfect choice. Cooled by Caribbean breeze, it can accommodate 10 guests around a round table with comfortable armchairs under two beautiful lights hanging from the mansard ceiling. The terrace opens onto a spectacular view over the ocean and the green landscape of St Barts.

The calm waters of the pool calls out to you to jump in for a laps or a soak. Take a quick nap on the super comfortable sunbeds with large parasol shading you from the sun with soothing tunes from the outdoor sound system (pure bliss!). For sun worshipers, the draw of the southern light over the deck beside the lap pool is undeniable. There is also a garden lounge area, a table for four and a gas BBQ in the shade of the lovely foliage of the lush vegetation.

Indoors: The property’s indoor area makes a great chilling out spot especially with its welcoming vibes. On the main level you’ll find a tastefully decorated contemporary living area full of light to relax in style on the huge white sofas (very comfy too) , taking in the panoramic vistas. Enjoy your very own cinematic experience with the large HDTV, Apple TV, dish network and exceptional sound system.

A modern, spacious kitchen with an island table (great for quick meals) that is well equipped with built in oven and microwave, grill, toaster, Espresso machine, coffee maker, juicer, blender, refrigerator, separate freezer, and dishwasher to cook up a storm. If you prefer not to cook, the concierge team can arrange for the services of a private chef who specialises in local and French cuisines.

Nearby, a beautifully crafted wooden table is nicely set up, ready for an intimate indoor dining session over wine and delicious meals whether self cook or by a professional chef while you enjoy each other’s company and not to mention, the breathtaking views of surrounding areas.

Staff Quarters: The friendly and professional team is available 24/7 to provide you any assistance you may require. They will do everything possible to ensure you have a wonderful experience. Amongst the complimentary services include welcome gifts, arrival and departure transfers as well as six day a week cleaning (no service on Sundays and public holidays).

The concierge team is more than happy to help make arrangements for other services such as childcare, private chef, excursions, groceries shopping, at an additional costs.

Location: As Villa Avalon is just a short drive away (5 mins) to the capital, Gustavia where you can enjoy some of the best restaurants and boutiques in the region. There are also numerous beaches in the surrounding areas and the nearest being Gouvenuer and Shell Beach.

A mere 10 minutes drive takes you to St Jean – one of the island’s most beautiful beaches lined with plenty of water activities as well as toe-in-sand bars and bistros. It is a great place for swimming, people watch and playing.

There are several restaurants (approximately 5 minutes) in proximity of Villa Avalon while to stock up on kitchen essentials, there are grocery stores about 10 minutes away.
