Bedrooms: The 4 lavishly designed bedrooms are spread across two floors, allowing for a serene escape. The minimalist design, pristine whitewashed walls, and plush mattresses create a haven for restful nights. Three bedrooms boast spacious double beds, while the fourth cosy twins. Each room features an expansive closet( ensuring ample storage), alongside bedside tables, reading lights and comfortable seating areas, exuding both comfort and style. The bathrooms have refreshing showers, vanities, premium toiletries and high-end fixtures. One of the rooms comes with an ensuite bathroom with a luxurious bathtub, in addition to the usual amenities available.

Outdoors: The generous outdoor areas span a generous 410sqm. To your right, an L-shaped swimming pool complements a small adjoining lawn exclusively for your family’s use. Ascend a few steps to a raised platform, and you’ll discover the first terrace, complete with an outdoor sofa shaded from the sun. Numerous loungers beckon for relaxation, allowing you to bask in the warm Mediterranean sunlight. Continuing through the lawn leads you to the rear of the house. The second terrace awaits here, featuring a barbecue and an outdoor dining table. Accessible through a door from the house, this terrace provides an additional inviting space. The first floor boasts an expansive balcony facing the sea, with an outdoor lounging and dining area.

Indoors: A pair of doors leads into the spacious indoor areas from the poolside, where you’ll discover a beautifully furnished living space (with two plush sofas and satellite tv), perfect for socialisation and entertaining. The interior spaces are open plan so that you can easily be transitioned from one space to another – from the living space to the formal dining hall and then through an elegant corridor, eventually arriving at the well-appointed kitchen, where a range of appliances such as refrigerator, stove top, hob, built-in oven, coffee maker and toaster at your disposal.

Staff Quarters: A dedicated team will be at hand to take care of all your needs. Final cleaning is provided while housekeeping services are provided once a week, similarly, bed linens are changed each week. For those with little ones, baby cot and high chair can be requested, while those driving can park on-site for free. All on-demand services, like as laundry, childcare, barbecue ingredients and many more can be arranged and may incur additional charges.
