Its location on the southeastern coast of Mauritius is also super. This is the famous coastline of Mauritius with the turquoise sea lapping on your feet as this is a beachfront private villa. It is almost like a private beach as there are only a few houses nearby. Villa Arty is located away from the hustle and bustle of city life, presenting the perfect opportunity for a serene and tranquil holiday in one of the world’s most scenic locations.

Bedrooms: The villa offers its guests four spacious bedrooms that are spread throughout the house. All of them have large double beds, which can sleep two beds, making the property a good choice for a group of eight. The first floor has two master suites. What set them apart are the floor-to-ceiling glass panels that you will see on two walls. This ensures you will get gorgeous unobstructed sea views of the sea sitting within the room or from your bed. What a way to wake up in the morning!

Two other bedrooms are on the ground floor. They are special too because they open to the terrace and the pool. All four feature a high-quality décor. They are all air-conditioned and ensuite.

Outdoors: Villa Arty has two private swimming pools. The first has a huge terrace on one side with an outdoor dining table and a lounging area with sofas, both under shade. The second pool is out in the open. It is where the garden starts. Loungers with pergolas surround the pool.

A tropical slice of paradise awaits you outside. You will see a manicured lawn, many exotic tropical plants, and swaying coconut trees, which are so pleasing to look at. The garden extends all the way to the coast. Various seating areas are spread throughout.

Indoors: The stylish interiors feature subdued colors and hardwood furnishings. Everything is placed in a very aesthetic way. Wide doors and opens allow the house to blend with its surrounding tropical nature. The living room has an elegant sofa area and a big-sized library. Various objects of art decorate the space. The property promotes a live-in, live-out concept, so this room opens directly toward the pool area.

There is a media room where you can watch a movie with your family. Next to this, there is a generous kitchen where you can cook if you prefer not to eat outside. It has a breakfast bar with high chairs and many appliances. The formal dining space is outside, under shade beside the first pool.

Staff Quarters: Modern amenities blend effortlessly with the originality of the villa. All the bedrooms are equipped with high-quality linens. They are all light and breezy with beautiful views of the sea. There are built-in cupboards providing ample closet space. The bathrooms have modern fixtures. You will find pampering touches everywhere. The cost of housekeeping and the services of the villa manager are included. You can hire a chef for a charge.

Location: Villa Arty has a supreme location in Mauritius. It is on the east coast where you will be facing a fantastic reef. You will find a picturesque lake nearby that is surrounded by thick vegetation, offering a nice contrast with the turquoise sea. Poste La Fayette Public Beach, only minutes away, is very scenic. There is a beautiful lagoon just off this beach.
