Villa Arta 2 is a large property for 12 guests. Its ambiance is serene and peaceful. But the house still offers many luxury amenities like a private pool, barbecue, air-conditioned rooms, bathrooms with toiletries and hairdryers, televisions, a well-stocked kitchen, and much more. Bedrooms: Villa Arta 2 is a huge property with 6 bedrooms for 12 guests. The main house has four, while the two others are in an annex. All four in the main house have twin beds. However, by prior request, they can be joined as well to form doubles. The annex bedrooms both have king beds.

They are large spaces with an earthy color palette, wardrobes with hangers, seating and dressing areas, and study tables. You will find classy, vintage furnishings that provide a unique feel. Paintings decorate the walls. Large windows allow sunlight and air to flood through the space. All the bedrooms come with their own bathrooms, which have showers.

Outdoors: A wonderful garden with many Mediterranean trees and flowering plants separate the two houses and it blends easily with the surrounding landscape, where you will find lush vegetation. At its center, you will find a huge terrace with a private infinity pool. Gently wade through the inviting water – it will be so relaxing in the midday heat. Several loungers with pergolas are arranged around the swimming pool.

A few steps away, you will find a second fantastic outdoor terrace under the shade. It has a lounging area and an outdoor dining table where the entire group can dine together while enjoying the views. Just outside this shaded area, you will find a second outdoor lounging space with many tables and chairs, perfect for those times when you want to enjoy the sun.

Indoors: Like the exterior, the interior of this villa in Mallorca is huge too. It measures 600 square meters. The living room, which is at the end of a corridor, occupies a lot of this space. It has many comfortable armchairs and a sofa where you can sit and spend quality time with your family or friends. The room has a large-screen television and antique furnishings. Paintings decorate the walls.

The formal dining area is at the center of this open-plan room. The table sits the entire group. The kitchen has many appliances and a second dining table. Villa Arta 2 has another lounging area in the long corridor. Comfortable couches are arranged around a fireplace here.

Staff Quarters: You will find this luxury villa in top condition when you arrive. There is everything – linens, towels, air-conditioning for your comfort, appliances in the kitchen, and wood in the fireplace. The barbecue is ready to use. The private swimming pool is clean and ready for swimming. Television has many international channels. The house also has an iron, an ironing board, a washing machine, and Wi-Fi internet.

Location: The villa gets its name from the city of Arta, which is a beautiful settlement with old, traditional houses, a pedestrianized center, and a parish church. Arta clings to its heritage despite many tourists visiting the town. Son Serra de Marina, a beautiful seaside resort has a lovely beach. It is only a 5-minute drive from this property.
