Bedrooms: This luxurious residence in Sri Lanka accommodates eight guests across four stunning bedrooms. The master suite, Katya, on the ground floor features a spacious double bed, an adjoining dressing room, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub. Katya opens to a broad veranda overlooking the lush lawn. Adjacent to Katya, George boasts a super-king bed, and its arched glass doors lead to a covered outdoor sitting area. On the mezzanine level, Lucy, the largest bedroom, is designed for young children and includes an ensuite bathroom with a corner bathtub. The fourth bedroom, Arthur, on the first floor, features a king bed and high beamed ceilings. All bedrooms, including the three with antique four-poster beds, are equipped with air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms.

Outdoors: Villa Amber Llama sprawls within a lush private estate surrounded by tall trees and coconut groves. A well-maintained lawn leads to the 16-meter private swimming pool, surrounded by numerous loungers. Poolside, the open pavilion named Ambalama features an outdoor dining table, sofas, and recliners, providing a spot to relax, dine alfresco, or enjoy group gatherings. The lawn offers space for badminton and family ball games. A covered terrace with elegant columns nearby serves as a second outdoor lounging and dining area. Enclosed by a rustic tree-lined boundary wall, the property ensures privacy and seclusion in a natural habitat sanctuary, where guests may encounter various wildlife like birds, white-faced monkeys, mongoose, and monitor lizards – a delightful experience, especially for kids.

Indoors: The estate features various dining and lounging spaces, including the covered terrace, poolside pavilion, and the interior living/dining area. Upon entering the house, a spacious room welcomes you with a grand staircase leading to the upper level. It comprises a formal living space with comfortable sofas on one side and a dining table on the other. This family-friendly abode caters to every guest’s preference. On the mezzanine level, a library stocked with novels, storybooks, board games, and jigsaws awaits, providing a delightful retreat for both young children and adults. The kitchen, equipped with a barbecue and various appliances, allows the chef to prepare breakfast with a selection of fruits, eggs, toast, tea, and coffee.

Staff Quarters: The beds are adorned with cotton sheets and vibrant blankets, complete with mosquito nets for added comfort.
