Bedrooms: The 8 bedrooms are spread over two levels. The ground floor has three bedrooms, two having double beds and the third with a twin bed. Additionally, the study has a sofa bed. On the upper level, you will find two double bedrooms, two with French beds, and one bedroom with a king bed for two guests and a single bed. So, the villa can accommodate a maximum of 17 guests (including the additional sofa bed and the single bed). The different bedroom configurations ensure that everyone is going to get something they prefer. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned and ensuite. They have televisions, seating and dressing areas, and large wardrobes with hangers. The décor is modern but with various antique touches, which make them special.

Outdoors: A lush and large garden surrounds this property where you can wake up to the call of the birds. The greenery and the location, nestled between rolling hills and verdant valleys, make this villa a haven of peace and tranquility. There is a private swimming pool where you can party with your group or simply enjoy a refreshing swim. All the poolside loungers are for your team, so there is never any hurrying to get the best spot.

Next to the lawn, you will find two shaded pavilions. The first has a dining area and a summer kitchen with a barbecue. You can see the pool, garden, and hills, which are just beyond. The second has an outdoor seating area. You will also find several decorative rock features throughout the lawn, garden, and at the side of the private pool.

Indoors: Villa Ager Costa has been transformed into an incredibly warm and homely home that resembles a marriage of traditional Sicilian heritage and modern comforts. It is a tasteful combination of antiques and contemporary pieces of furniture that have been chosen with great care. Many areas have stone walls and wooden-beamed ceilings, which is a traditional Sicilian design. The living room has a fireplace, a large sofa area, and a television. This amazing rental property has a second living space with a grand piano. In the study, you will find a work desk, a computer, and a sofa. The formal dining area and kitchen are in the same room. All the guests can have their meals together at the dining table. In the kitchen, you will find an oven, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, toaster, and coffee machine.

Staff Quarters: All the rooms in this holiday villa are air-conditioned. All the bedrooms have safes and minibars. There are hair dryers in the bathrooms. The house also has an ice maker, and washing machine, and for your safety, there are carbon monoxide detectors and smoke detectors. Location: Ager Costa is located on the edge of Buseto Palizzolo, a small village just 20 kilometers from Trapani. Sicily’s capital Palermo is about an hour away. Several charming towns and archaeological sites are nearby. You can visit the medieval old town center of Erice, Mozia Island, Zingaro’s natural reserve, the Egadi Islands, and Marsala’s salt pans.
